Parkfields dealt with the sale of our house and the person dealing with it was sunny Sahota and this person was extremely so helpful that I felt I had to write a review as he is representing parkfields The way he works and communicates with all parties involved is so professional and he took it upon himself to help us out knowing it was a no win no fee sale, if anyone ever does sell their property I strongly suggest Sunny Sahota as this person has vast knowledge of turning things right, a really nice guy to have by your side when it comes to selling or even buying,Thankyou so so much sunny and to parkfields for all your help you guys beat other estate agents that just want the sale money,once a again a big Thankyou

I had most horrible experience with this agency..totally unprofessional and deceving..If this agency have employee like Jazz shame on them..he took holding deposit from us( so basically with that flat is off the market until our refernce is finish) still he was showing this flat that we payed holding deposit..flat was on the market for rent 1900 pounds he asked us for 2000 ,my husbans said no,then he asked for 1950 ..it was a matter of principle not a bloody money..yes we need a flat but this was most disappointnig way...then he told us that landlord agreed with someone else..we asked for money back..we waited for couple of days and got our money back..I found proper agency and I got my flat..my recommendation void this agency and agents like Jazz..

These guys are nuts. I called them to say I couldn't find the property and was told to wait at the corner of the road. Waited more than 20 mins, nobody showed up, so I called. Was told to keep waiting but nobody showed up, so after 15 mins I left. No one called me to give me updates, I was always the one to call. I made a hour and a half journey to see the property, so saying that I am disappointed in their lack of professionalism and customer care is an understatement. Absolutely don't recommend. Avoid like the plague.

Parkfields Estates have been managing our property rental for over 10 years and have provided us with a very good professional service; reminders for certificates, tenancy agreements, organising repairs and rental payments. They have now successfully assisted us in a property Sale which was quite complicated, with existing tenants and it being a leasehold property. From experience I can say that using an agent to manage a tenancy is imperative with all the new legislation out there. You could think yourself as being a great landlord but one small error could lead you down a road of loosing £1000's not to mention the level of stress. So I would recommend leaving to the experts, which is where Parkfields have been great in assisting with a wide number of tenancy matters. We now have a fully managed service with them. From advice, support, finding suitable tenants, due diligence checks and everything else they have been fantastic. I would highly recommend using their personable service, which is very efficient.
