GoogleVery very disappointed I had my property for sale with these guys it took 7 months for them to sell it. AND I feel they have cheated I know they have cheated me. Beautiful property fully decorated new kitchen and new shower basically new from top to bottom. They told me they got buyer great I had it up for 355k got offer for 348k I said go head. NOW by law they were soppos to give it in writing which they did not even email. Few weeks gone by servey takes place, don't know if it did or not but I was told it had. Any few later servey report comes gusse what it's devalued to 330k I ask for report they couldn't get it. THEN suddenly the buyer pulls out and unbelievable they have another buyer ready and waiting for 335k has I was so frustrated all my money was stuck in this project I had to go ahead so I feel they have played a game and split the 18k between them self and the buyer. WHO I say all this is because one of them told me that if they can get higher price they would want that and I get my price. SO they couldn't get higher price it was easy for them to play a devalued card with me They new I was desperate to sell. SO BE WARNED BE VERY CAREFUL THESE GUYS ARE NOT BE TRUSTED.

GoogleI have used Parkfields to buy and sell a variety of properties in the past, more recently buy a new build flat. They are ARLA qualified and I found they have exceptional knowledge of the area and the roads. They always responded to my calls and made time for me if I popped in their office. When I was letting a place, they took great photographs, and offered virtual tours, I basically had to do nothing. Would use them again.

GoogleJust sold my flat in Southall with Parkfields. The staff have great local knowledge and contacts. Helped massively with getting the lease on my flat extended too, simultaneously with the sale. Great at pushing solicitors to get their work done and providing information to them as needed. Always quick to respond to any questions that you may have by phone or email. Highly recommended ... would have been lost without them. Way better than an estate agent that is not local to the area.

GoogleI recently bought and sold through Parkfields, and have to say both times the process went really smoothly. I have used other local agents in the past and these guys are by far the better agent in Southall. The team kept me up to date and helped me navigate out of complications in the transaction paperwork and mortgages side. The achieved a higher price than expected. I found them very professional and would definitely use them again.

Jas , in particular , has gone out of his way to provide an excellent service to me . There are occasions when things do go wrong but overall they very much care for their clients & do their utmost to remedy the situation .

Typically, market forces such as interest rates, a reduction in the number of buy to let landlords in the market place and whether other tenants move out of existing properties.
