Before deciding to go with Parkfields I met with a few agents, but Aman was the only one to give some honest context as to how my property would sell in the current climate. This no b.s. approach is what convinced me that they were right for me. So, much like many of the reviews here I had a very positive experience working with Parkfields. Particularly Aman and Sunny. They were professional and caring, with a great understanding of the local area. They had sold a few properties nearby to mine recently, so I can attest to their consistency also.

Extremely Unprofessional and Dishonest Service My experience with Parkfield Estate has been nothing but disappointing. They are highly unprofessional and lack basic integrity. Throughout my dealings with them, they provided misleading information and failed to deliver on their promises. Their communication is poor, and they constantly change their statements, making it difficult to trust anything they say. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable estate agent to avoid them at all costs.

We cannot recommend Parkfields Estates enough. Our sale collapsed just a week before the exchange date, which was incredibly stressful. Yet Ravi and his team remained calm and completely proactive, finding us a new buyer within a week. Their perseverance, market knowledge and communication were outstanding. Within 3 weeks we were able to complete the sale of our property. A disaster situation turned into a successful sale. A truly professional team of estate agents who are genuinely caring and true professionals. A rare find in today's market. Thank you Ravi and team for all your help!

Very helpful and informative throughout the whole process, he was able to get an offer and completion within such a short space of time even during this tough housing market. As a first-time buyer I had no idea of the process and thought the entire process would be so stressful but thanks to the whole Parkfield Estates Team ,who made the whole process so much easier and stress free. I started working with Parkfields 2 years ago when completions started at Galliard's development in Southall - Samuelson House. I could not have asked for a more professional, friendly agency to deal with. Ravi, the Director and his attentive staff helped me enormously during the pandemic when handovers were not so easy to arrange. All calls and emails were responded to promptly and communication was always smooth and without issue. I cannot thank Ravi and Parkfields enough for all their support during the last 2 years and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area. I was recommended Parkfields by the agent Homes who is helping us purchase a property in Hampshire where we were planning to move to. Sunny from Parkields turned up and convinced us he will be able to provide his services to sell our property. He came at a later date with a photographer. I requested that I see the advert and photos prior to pushing it live into any online portals. Instead it was pushed live and I came to find out when I checked the websites. I subsequently received an email from Sunny confirming that the advert was live online. I was shocked at the unprofessional photos and the English punctuation on the advert. I rung and left messages several times and an email to get this corrected. This did not happen so finally managed to get Sunny who seemed oblivious to my calls and email in the mistakes on the advert. Finally it was corrected. To date there was one call from Sunny and apart from that there has been no updates. Each time I rung for Sunny he is either unavailable or not at work. The staff at reception was useless as none of the messages seem to have been passed on. Eventually I had a call 2 weeks ago from the reception that a viewing had been arranged for that Saturday. When I asked him details of the viewer ie. name , status if he was a first time buyer, mortgage etc etc, he had no details for me and said he will ring me back. No calls to date in the viewing. So I rung next day and spoke Aman who said that there is no viewing and they will only ring us if there is a viewing. This contradicts what the receptionist told me. I was getting really frustrated with the service and I requested to speak to the manager and Aman said he was not in and will get ring to ring me the next day. It's been 2 weeks and still no news from the manager. This morning I rung again and asked for Sunny. As usual he is not in. So asked to speak to the branch manager. He started off saying that he was sorry the house has not been sold as it was all to do with the price. I made it clear it was not the price I was concerned about but their service. The branch manager Ravi was totally oblivious of all the above issues and calls I made for someone from Parkfields to ring me. I've requested him to remove any adverts of my property with Parkfields with immediate effect and I hope this will happen and I will not have to ever ring them again. I've just now read some of the negative reviews on Parkfiekds and their dishonesty and I am glad I have not come to a stage of a sale with them. I will not recommend this agent to anyone.

Just purchased a property with the help of Sunny from Parkfields. From viewing to completion Sunny helped with all our queries and kept us informed throughout the process up to when we got the keys to the house. Sunny also kept in touch 'After Sale' to make sure that we had settled in and answered any questions or issues that we were not sure of.
