5 Stars - Stress-Free Move Thanks to Rahim

Moving house can be a nightmare, but Rahim at Benham and Reeves made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Rahim was a professional, efficient, and had the right amount of empathy. He was patient and available to answer our questions (and believe me, we had a lot!).Rahim understood exactly what my husband and I were looking for in a new home. Communication was excellent throughout. I was kept informed every step of the way, and Rahim was always prompt and responsive. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Rahim. And also Raj, who helped us with links and keys to our property.

Great experience with Benham and Reeves

I leased my flat in March 2021, with the assistance of Wesley. At that time we were still under covid restrictions. Wesley was understanding and very helpful, my move in went smoothly with no stress.Since then I have renewed lease 3 times. Wesley and Veronica have been on hand each year to assist me and I greatly appreciate their efforts to help me secure a new lease. I have had, on occasion, called the Management Department re. maintenance required, response and organising contractors is fast and efficient. The service was good until it came to…

The service was good until it came to the point of payment of my rental amount. I informed the office that I have permission from HMRC not to debit my rental 20% tax as a foreign citizen, because I am doing my self assessment for a long time , and no other agency removed my taxes from my rental amount. I was surprised to receive the funds less 20% taxes. I was told to contact HMRC myself and give them your agency reference number to claim my money back. I believe I should have been told what to do before payment was made, and I should have been given the agency reference in advance, not afterwards. I classify it as non care attitude, to be honest.

We are so happy with the service of Shali. We are a landlord, Shalie and Darcey had been great with helping us find the right tenant for our property. Shali works so hard and is so accommodating to our requests. She's very understanding of our needs and was so patient with us when we had to decline offers until we found the right tenant. We are just so happy with her help. The other members of the team are great too. They are so on top of things, and they often have to chase us to get things across the line. We are really impressed.
