Dourish and Day have been fantastic throughout our first home buying journey from start to end. They always kept us informed, even when they hadn’t received an update themselves, and we can’t fault the service we received. Extremely quick to respond, we could always get through to someone, helped us to no end (including when our solicitors went a big rogue!), and were always happy to find the answers to our questions, both regarding the house and the house buying process. Both Steve and Aimee are also fantastic! 5⭐️

From the very moment we accepted dourish and day to sell our home we experienced nothing but professional and sincere advise even through these unforeseen circumstances. We dealt with a lady called Nicola, and what pleasure it was. It felt like Nicola took our situation personally, and made us feel like we were her only priority when in truth, she had many more like ourselves whom had so many questions and wanted so many answers in these testing times. We felt the communication between both parties was first class all the way through our sale and felt that we could ring at any time no matter how small the issue. We found the staff friendly and professional, and the service was reasonably priced. Being a local agent their knowledge was very helpful. They dealt with all viewings without us needing to be present. Calls to their Penkridge office were diverted to their central office, which was slightly frustrating but hasn't detracted overall to our review rating.

After having had a poor experience with two other local agents I was absolutely delighted with the attentive service provided by D & D. They sold the property within a few weeks, as opposed to months and kept me informed all the way through the process, which went a long way in taking much of the stress out of the whole undertaking. I have had such a bad experience with this company.. despite telling them my criteria for buying and being told I would get properties passed to me I have had every viewing .. 3 .. in a week for 3 properties cancelled. One of the properties had not had the offer accepted and I was told I couldn’t view it . Suggested to them this was because I decided to sell my property via another agent. I’m glad I did because this company are not trustworthy or offering the service they promise . Very disappointed.
