GoogleI have been using acquaint in my sales and lettings offices in Hertfordshire for a number of years and have found the software and the support teams to be exceptional. Support requests are dealt with over the telephone, no silly ticketing system, the guys on the support desk are knowledge, friendly and incredibly helpful even when you've asked the silliest questions. I have no hesitation in recommending Grant and the team at Bright Logic.

GoogleI have worked with the team at Bright Logic for many years now and their CRM system Acquaint is absolutely fantastic. The integration between the system and email enquiries, website, website enquiries, all of the legal updates as and when they happen, certification, word docs, referencing and deposit registration along with prompts is invaluable. The system offers the ability to produce reports, work orders, invoices, quotes - the list goes on !! Alongside this is an absolutely faultless support team. Over the years I have had wonderful support from all of Grant's team, they are so willing to help and have been so supportive with all of my business questions, IT and system requirements in general. If you are looking for a team with a superb attitude and product that go hand in hand you could not do better than to switch over to using Acquaint and this fabulous team.

GoogleAquaint CRM have supported my business and website for years now. I have found Charlotte very helpful in training us on how to use the system. All the staff are amazing and so helpful. They can log in and do things for me by taking control of my computer and showing me how to deal with issues in the future. They have also helped me with my website over the years and updated it when needed. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a comprehensive and versatile CRM to manage clients and diary, bulk emails to tenants and also integrating other service providers.

GoogleAs an agent specialising in the sale of woodlands, we looked at many CRM systems to try and find one that best suited our needs. After much research, Acquaint came out as the best fit and good value for money, so we decided to give it a go. Set up and installation was painless. We have been very impressed with the system - it has exceeded our expectations and offers a lot more than we thought it would. The initial training was helpful and the ongoing support is second to none. They are very responsive - and any issue is quickly resolved, which is a real bonus - it means we can move forward and not left hanging around waiting for a reply. They have also helped us find ways to make the system work for our non standard estate agency business! Long may it continue :)

GoogleWe have been with Acquaint for the best part of 20 years, and their personal attention to provide an exceptional service to clients has not changed as they have grown. The game changing decision for us, which I believe is still a niche for their software, was the fact Sales and lettings function together within the same platform, and not separate like many of their competitors. Never a problem to get hold of support, which is always the part many suppliers fail at! Strongly recommend.

GoogleI can highly recommend Acquaint CRM software. Having been with a longstanding rival software company for over 20 years they made what was a daunting switch both smooth and simple. I can honestly say their customer service and support has been a breath of fresh air and the software is both intuitive and easy to use. As a Lettings & Management company I can't speak for the sales side of the software but if you want the best overall client accounting, management, marketing software out there then don't hesitate to sign up with Acquaint CRM.

GoogleWe have been using Acquaint since we opened in 2010 and it is a fantastic system backed up by support that I know you just don't get from some of their competitors. I have been in agency for decades and have used software from many different providers and I can safely say that the developers at Bright Logic have got it spot on. It does everything we need it to and it is simple to learn. If you ever have a problem and don't know what to do then a quick telephone call will sort it out. The helpline is actually manned by people who know what they are doing and whilst you would think that should be pretty standard, if you have ever used some of the better known names in this business, than you will know it is not always the case. I do more property management now and the idea of doing accounts or tax statements without Acquaint is unthinkable. If you want to produce a statutory return or an NRL statement then it is there at a few clicks of your mouse. The software checks for updates when you log in each day so you know you are always using the most recent version available. In summary, great product and great support, thank you.

FacebookCustomer service and software is outstanding. We switched to Acquaint approximately 5 months ago and haven't looked back. The system is easy to use and can be as in-depth as you want it to be. The training is thorough but the support team are only ever a phone call away. As a small business it's reassuring to know there is always someone on hand to assist. Navigating the software is simple and Acquaint always look to make improvements and updates wherever possible. It's certainly made life in the office simpler! Great work guys.
