GoogleRichard Jackson Property Consultants have been using Acquaint for over 18 years for sales and lettings. The software is by far the best software for our business. The Homepage is full of daily reminders so you don't miss anything! The support team are always on hand to resolve any queries we have and updates are made regularly to the software and also when compliance's change. They also developed our new website which looks very modern and sharp.

GoogleThe database system that Aquaint offers is brilliant. I love how it is all seen in one place and what it can offer. I have struggled a lot with the accounts as I am not a book keeper and perseverance has got me through this. The support team are fantastic and will help you no matter what. I am very happy with the package that Aquaint offers.

GoogleWe have used Acquaint for the last 16 years and could not imagine running our business without it. Things like landlord accounts and annual returns are easy to do and property details are simple to create. If you ever have a problem, then the helpdesk is manned by people who know what they are doing so that is a really big plus.

GoogleWe started using Aquaint in May this year first loading all our properties and contacts and getting the feel of the software. Charlotte took the time to show us all the basics and we eventually "went live" 1st October. We encountered some teething problems which were easily sorted with the help of their excellent customer support team. We still have a long way to go but so far, we are very happy with Aquaint.

GoogleWe've used Acquaint for several months now and have been impressed with both the usability/UX of the CRM itself, and the response time from the support team. As with any change of system there's a learning curve, but it has not been as steep as anticipated and the Bright Logic team have been quick to offer solutions to the majority of snags we've encountered thus far.

GoogleWe have used Brightlogic and their Agency software Acquaint for well over 10 years now and have had a fantastic service from start to finish. The technical team are always on hand to assist, Eddie and the website team make any changes promptly and Charlotte has been great with any additional training we've required. Would thoroughly recommend them to other Agents.

GoogleWe have used Bright Logic's software Acquaint from when Noonan Residential started back in 2009 and couldn't be happier. I have used many Lettings and Sales software's over the years and this beats them hands down. Support is great and it's constantly being updated to changes in legislation etc... 5 stars from us. Wouldn't use anyone else.

GoogleWe don't use the software to anywhere near it's full capabilities but it does everything we need it to. The best thing about this system is the support. The initial training from Charlotte was great and the helpdesk normally answers the phone within 2 rings and are very knowledgeable and helpful.

GoogleWe came on board with Acquaint in February this year and have so far found it to be a great system, lots still to learn, but their customer support is excellent. We can always reach them by phone as opposed to our previous CRM provider with whom you had to raise a ticket and then wait for them to respond!

GoogleExcellent Service and great Friendly people to work with. We have been using acquaint software for a while and are very please with all the team. The support they have provided us is exceptional and the software is very user friendly. I would like to thank David and Grant who have helped us with the move over and have been there on every stage to support us. The support staff are great and only a phone call away, i love the dial in service whereby they login to your pc to help, if required. I would highly recommend acquaint software, having previously used two database companies over the last 7 years, i can honestly say i feel like we have found a complete solution.
