FacebookI have been using Acquaint CRM for seven years, since I opened my agency and the service we receive is excellent and always goes further than my expectations. Last week I had a real issue when a PC went bang: Chris was excellent could not have done more to help sort out the problem. Always happy to recommend these guys they rock

GoogleHave used Acquaint by Brightlogic for past 15 years and have found the package perfectly meets our needs, software is always being improved and up-dated, if we have any questions or need some help, staff are only a phone call away and they deal with the issue instantly, no waiting for a call back or issuing a ticket and waiting a day or two for somebody to get back to us. Grant has always been very helpful as have the other staff.

GoogleHaving worked in the property industry for over thirty years, I have seen the birth and development of estate and letting agency CRM's. Without question, Acquaint is one of the most intelligent and easiest of systems to use. Agents should be busy with the exciting part of the job. The ease of the Aquaint CRM allows this. While all agency CRM products to some degree are only as good as the person inputting the information, it really is very hard to resist the benefit of Acquaint once you are fully set-up. The system has EVERYTHING you need to run efficiently e.g. prompts, reports, accounts, mailing, AML, etc,etc, and it importantly keeps evolving with regular updates and new features. The support back-up alone is worth it, they are superbly organised hugely knowledgeable and invested in their product and their clients. Acquaint is no brainer!

GoogleIve been trading for 18 years, its not been easy. Acquaint has been helping me from the start and is one of a few companies I couldnt live without. They have never in all this time not once caused an issue, perfect in everyway! The phone is always answered straight away, staff are all so friendly and helpful in their own areas of the business. GoogleWe've been with them for 5 years now and weve never looked back 5 star service, and support lines are always picked up promptly and issues dealt with swiftly. This comes from the top too where the MD , Grant, helped us out over long weekend and evenings when we had some issues (created by us, not by them) Always a pleasure to deal with. Thank you

GoogleAbsolutely dreadful customer service skills, worse still, the lack of skills came in the form of the Director. I would not recommend Brightlogic / Acquaint at all.

GoogleI have been using Aquaint for a few years now and i have always found them extreamly Helpful and nothing is much trouble for the team. The software is easy to use and understand and makes day to day estate agent work easy and seamless. i would highly reccomend the company to anyone in the property industry.

GoogleWe have been using acquaint CRM for 15 years and find it a very user friendly system. On the rare occasion that we have an issue support is always on hand immediately to resolve any problems. Highly recommend, particularly for those who are not overly tech savvy.

GoogleVery happy to be working on Acquaint, very good for residential properties, they need to be more cognisant of the Irish market and take into account some of the types of listings that we would have versus UK market, where it is very weak is in agricultural listings - not enough descriptive points, but would I recommend it Yes I would

GoogleWe have been using Acquaint since launching two and a half years ago. The software does everything we need and is very reasonably priced in comparison to other CRM's. The support is also excellent, there have been a few occasions where we have needed help and the response has always been quick and efficient.
