My partner and I have never had a good experience with letting agents, so we were very cautious at the beginning. But James and Kat were very responsive, they answered all our questions and were so friendly. We honestly couldn't have asked for better communication or a better experience. Any issues we had they helped us communicate with the landlord, who is also a lovely chap. So happy that we were in good hands and absolutely over the moon with the results. My partner and I have just picked up the keys to our new flat after going through the renting process with Move Revolution. We have had some bad experiences with estate agents / companies in the past so were always quite wary but Move Revolution put us at such ease! Luca was professional, responsive and always happy to answer any questions of ours. He was so friendly and honest with us from the start that it made the whole experience very stress free. Fantastic service

The entire experience with Move Revolution was fantastic from start to finish. At the valuation Dylan took a lot of time to explain how things worked and the reason for the valuation, he was extremely patient and informative. Once on the market Dylan and the team worked hard to secure viewings, provided weekly updates and were in regular contact. Sue progressed my sale and was absolutely brilliant. It wasn’t the smoothest sale (no fault of Move Revolution) but Sue was amazing. She was in regular contact with me and my Conveyancer, always one step ahead and it was reassuring knowing she was always on the case. The Best I have ever dealt with

From the moment I met the Move Revolution Team, I wanted them to be the company that I bought my property from. Tom Campbell was fantastic as my initial agent who showed me around the property, knowledgeable and friendly, constantly keeping me in the loop when it came to making my offer. At no point was I put under any pressure or sold anything that wasn't true. Sue Peyton is a force of nature, I would love to handle all of my future purchases. She fought so hard to deliver a quick an efficient exchange. Her phone calls were always so informative and I felt like she really cared about my purchase and couldn't do enough for me. She is utterly brilliant at what she does and her persistence is so key when it comes to property purchases. As a first time buyer no question was deemed too silly and they both really held my hand throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property and only hope I get to work with them again in the future.

Move revelations estate agency are wonderful to deal with. Sue, not only helped with us buying a property from them, but also helped us every step of the way with solicitors and other estate agents we was selling through. I wish I had also sold my property through them. Sue listened to me rant and cry on the phone and by email on matters that wasn’t even to do with their estate agents! Truly went 110% above and beyond what her job role entailed. Danielle was also very helpful, great communication, and always had a smile on her face when we viewed the property! Which we asked to do several times after we offered. They never once refused any of our requests. Great company to buy through and would certainly use them again if we needed to.

I had an extremely stressful experience with Move Revolution during the sale process. Despite writing several emails to them, I received no reply and there was no sales coordinator to assist with our sale, despite their brochure stating that one would be available throughout the process. When I reached out to the director, he replied saying he was unwilling to handle my request. Additionally, I was promised a £600 reduction, but when the invoice arrived, it only reflected a reduction of £520. Nothing went smoothly during the sale, and I would not consider using this company again. Furthermore, I felt ignored when I reached out via email, and I was later threatened and blackmailed, being told that they would involve a debt collection agency if I did not pay an invoice within one day. This invoice was at the incorrect price, as I have screenshots of messages showing that I was promised a £600 reduction. It was an awful experience dealing with this company. I also have a business in the area, and multiple clients have reported appalling service as well. It seems that all Move Revolution cares about is the commission they want to receive. Throughout my dealings, I interacted with Paul Mulligan, Dan Harvey, Rosie, and several other colleagues at the branch.

I have to say from start to finish Louise and her team were amazing. Louise gave us an honest valuation range of what price that we should accept in the market place and her strategy worked perfectly. I have worked in the industry for around 15 years and I can honestly say that Move Revolution will go above and beyond what your perception of an estate agent is. I was constantly updated and never had to chase. I was always spoken to in a polite and courteous manner and I achieved more than I thought that i was going to sell the house for. I also have to thank Sue for getting the sale to the point of exchange. Sue didn't have the easiest of tasks with this sale but always approached every situation in a professional manner and even though it was longer than we all thought it was going to happen .
