I would give 0 stars if I could, Absolutely abysmal maintenance company, Came home after doing a 12hr night shift to find a drainage company digging a hole to put in a drainage tank. Not a letter, email or phone call to inform us this was happening. yet they expect you to do everything they ask for. If your landlord goes over to them then just move out, it would be the easier option.

GoogleGreat service again from Ben Goodyear. I've used him twice now to fill a tenancy in my cottage and have always had exceptionally good communication, service and results. He really understands my needs in tailoring clientele to the property and has been great to work with.

GoogleI found Greenslade Taylor Hunt inconsistent from start to finish in dealing with them. The lady I dealt with first, didn't really know much about the property. The first auction of the house I was interested in was cancelled as they didn't get the legal documents in time. There are many other solicitors out there that better and more efficient. I could not or ever recommend Greenslade Taylor Hunt.

Having now had the opportunity of discussing the matter with our South Molton branch, we understand that Richard Webber spoke with you following your complaint regarding the delayed legal pack to explain that we were directly instructed by our clients, the selling solicitors who were acting on behalf of a deceased estate, to commence marketing when we did, on the assurance that the legal pack would be available well in advance of the Bamboo auction closing date. Despite our endless chasing of the solicitors, we had still not received the legal pack and were therefore left with no choice but to delay the closing date of the auction. We then informed all interested parties of the situation. We appreciate that the situation was extremely frustrating however we did our best to keep all interested parties informed. The bad experience I my have renting for them ..I stay for over 6weeks to fix the shower wich wass broken in my first moving there, since now and they don't care about ..I call maintenance them make me redirected for bridgwater management, and management say me to wait to call me back maintenance because is not their business to repair the shower ...bridgwater Gth agency..

I was only expecting the minimum level of service as a buyer but was woefully optimistic there. "Spoke to the vendor" meant an email had been sent every couple of weeks asking vaguely for an update. Details of sale had not been verified with land registry, could have just asked vendor for a copy. So it took 7 months, a lot of personal effort and £4k of costs on my part before owners announced the property wasn't actually for sale. GTH explanation was that estate agent details should in no way be considered as fact.

Initially Tom from their Burnham On Sea Branch when taking our home on with them was kind, friendly and professional. We agreed to go ahead with them and sincerely believed in our heart of hearts had explained our circumstances. Let's leave it that there was a definitive breakdown in communication at that BUT without going into explicit, specific detail do feel they let us down. We therefore could only appraise this company as "one star". Caution would be advised when considering potential dealings with GTH Burnham On Sea Branch

Absolutely first rate service - highly recommended! GTH recently handled both sides of our house move - sale and purchase. The whole team in the Taunton office provided an extremely reliable and professional service. Communication was prompt and efficient throughout. They marketed our former home very quickly and professionally and secured us an offer that exceeded our expectations. The support and communication we received when it came to negotiations on the purchase of our new house were invaluable, and a difficult chain was managed with patience and aplomb. Most importantly, we were never left to feel as though we had been forgotten about, or were ‘just another client’. If only more agents offered this kind of service. Thank you GTH!
