TrustpilotHopeless
I instructed Your Move (Exmouth branch) to market my 91-year-old father’s flat (I hold power of attorney) on 5 March 2025. They listed the property at the price they themselves had recommended in their valuation.

The estate agent who showed us the property was informative, pleasant and professional. At times left us alone to look around and gave us space to discuss things.

GoogleWe have just sold our home through Your Move First Lanark. Stephen, the valuation manager, was our first point of contact. He was so lovely and extremely knowledgeable about the area and property prices, thus instilling great confidence in ourselves that we decided they would be the best agent to go with. Lee, sales consultant, then took over the reigns with the viewings and potential buyers. She again was an absolute pleasure to deal with and our experience was extremely professional and stress free from start to finish. We never had to chase her up for anything as she was always in close contact with ourselves updating us with any feedback or necessary information. We are delighted to say that Your Move First did an excellent job in selling our home very quickly and professionally and we would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone thinking of selling/buying. Kind regards Cath & Rob

GoogleAs a Professional Property Investor who holds a property portfolio in their area of interest I have a great relationship with the team at YourMove Lanark. Each of them have gone above and beyond to support me and my team in buying, selling and renting our properties. I am thoroughly confident in their knowledge and ability to progress things on my behalf. In particular, Lee (who manages our Lettings) quickly sorted out a recent issue at one of our flats and Beth & Stephen (who have cared for our properties through the buying & selling processes and who regularly build firm, positive relationships with viewers & buyers). Thank you to the full team. I'll speak to you soon and would recommend the team to anyone.

Unfortunately in the current pandemic we have to take our clients instructions and also follow the Government guidelines when we are arranging viewings. If you would like to discuss the procedure in more detail, please feel free to contact us.
