ALTHOUGH IT WAS YOUR MOVE INITIALLY YOU WORK WITH AGENTS SITE AN ARM OF YOUR MOVE. AT FIRST I WASN`T ENAMOURED WITH THIS IDEA, HOWEVER THEY DO TAKE A LOT OF THE PRESSURE OFF YOUR SHOULDERS AND EVERYTHING WAS SATISFACTORY IN THE END.

This is the second house I've sold with Your Move Glenrothes. The team are easy to work with and communication is great. Offer accepted just over a week after the house went up for sale and everything went smoothly.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking experience!!.....Stephen and Beth both need reporting for both their lies and unprofessional behaviour. I would not recommend these two if they were the last estate agents on the planet. I had to use a solicitor to be able to access another viewing after I had submitted an offer for property. Something both Steven and Beth knew was perfectly legal but refused to allow!!! Both agents caused an unnecessary stressful situation. I cannot highly UNrecommend them enough. Beware.

GoogleWent for a viewing and told them I would be in touch when home (4 1/2+ hrs away). Then to be told the property had an offer which had been accepted (disappointed but fine), tried to ring and emailed to discuss, but was totally ignored. This was by the senior sales consultant! Won't be going for any property marked by this company again.

The market is very buoyant, a lot of properties are going under offer within hours of coming to market, some buyers will naturally be disappointed, it is unfortunate, however only one buyer can be successful. We did present your offer to the seller, along with other offers, as you know on this occasion your offer was not acceptable to our client.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
