Countywide have been fantastic. Starting with Vincent doing his valuation and photography to Paige and Patricia doing the online advert and phone calls. They set my property advert up on thursday afternoon and by Friday 7pm i had 4 viewings, with 2 for Saturday and 2 for Sunday. They kept me informed all the way through the process and all the staff have been really friendly and helpful. If I ever needed to sell a property again I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Have recently sold our house through Countrywide Hamilton, our home was on the market for just three weeks and was sold and sold for over and above what we expected to achieve. Very professional & friendly service provided. Everyone we dealt with where extremely helpful, right from our initial enquiry with Nicole, valuation with Vincent and arranging all the viewings with Paige. Excellent communication through every phase of the selling process, with prompt feedback following each viewing. The photos were by far superior to ones of other estate agents. They made the whole process of selling our home really easy and incredibly hassle free and also provided advice when it came to us purchasing our new home. Would highly recommend and have done recently to friends and family and would have no hesitation in using your services again.
