Their level of service has been consistently good and, importantly, the standard of tenant has been exceptional due to careful vetting. My East Kilbride property requires a new tenant now and I didn't hesitate to go directly to Slater Hogg.

GoogleUsed countrywide when I was buying my house, Paige arranged a viewing at really short notice, recommended a mortgage adviser and solicitor and everything was seamless from start to finish. As a first time buyer it made the whole process easy and kept the stress levels to a minimum. Would recommend.

GoogleDear Countrywide, Your service was very professional unlike some others in the town. The house had 6 viewers and was sold within 5 days for above Home Report valuation. They also really helped when it came to facilitating viewings when I couldn't show potential buyers round the property, which meant that around 14 viewings in two weeks could take place.

GoogleI was recommended to use Countrywide to carry out the sale of my house after a very long time with another agency and no success. The difference in professionalism and ability was immediately clear. After a fair evaluation of the property i was handed over to Nicole who managed the marketing and sale of my property very well. i had a good uptake in viewings almost immediately and i was kept up to date getting feedback regularly. after some expected up's and down's i had an offer after 3-4 months and Nicole worked hard in keeping the offer in line with my expectations. I live 200 miles away from the property so the good communication and flexibility shown by Countrywide all through the process was a great advantage for me. I would recommend there services to anyone.

GoogleI purchased my new home from Countrywide in Hamilton and was very impressed with the very professional and friendly service. I then decided to sell my old home through Countrywide too and was not disappointed by the consistently high levels of service I experience when buying. Though I have spoken to a number of very polite and helpful people in the Hamilton office, my main point of contact was with Nicole. Who has made the selling process smooth, simple, stress free and has also provided me with a high level of communication at every step. The communication was the highlight of the service I received from the Hamilton office, as it made me feel that my property was being actively promoted and that I was in control of all the facts and kept up to date with all the information regarding viewings and any related feedback. Highly recommended for people who want high levels of communication and activity from their property agents.
