We decide to use countrywide, as they seemed competitively priced but I guess, you get what you pay for. They were very helpful at the beginning to gain the business, but the service afterwards has been appalling, They gave me the wrong information and instead of being sorry , they said I had to sort it out The manager refused 4 times to give me the managers name above him. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of professionalism shown at the branch. If that is the standard of the managers , perhaps they need a little more training

We contacted Nicole and Vikki at Countrywide in their Hamilton office to discuss the potential sale of our property. We had several agents out to gauge the level of service, fees etc that we could expect, needless to say that we were very impressed with their presentation and decided to put our home in the hands of Nicole, Vikki and their colleagues. They organised everything in relation to the Home Report and also the property movie and photographs. Our property went live late on Friday and we had viewers lined up on the Saturday morning. We had a few offers straight away and with the help and advice of Nicole we rejected those. A few days later we received an offer we were more than happy with and look forward to finding our new home. We have been kept informed at every stage of the process and the communication has been first class throughout. First time selling our home, and we were a little apprehensive due to some homes in the area being on the market for extended period of time. Spoke with the manager at Countrywide and very quickly knew this was who we wanted to sell our home. The pictures, video, and home report were completed within 5 days and our home was on the market in less than a week. The promotion was great, and across multiple channels to ensure maximum exposure. We were kept up to date, and informed throughout and given a selection of when viewings worked for us. The home was on the market for 5 days before we received an offer that was too good to turn down. Delighted with the service, and the communication throughout. The team at Countrywide make you feel like you matter and you are not just another 'home to sell'. I recently viewed a 3-bed property on Forrest St in Hamilton. We were last to view which meant that we couldn't phone the office to express our interest until the morning. When I called, I explained that we were really interested and the woman very rudely informed us that the landlord had picked one of the interested viewers on the evening. I explained that were last and hadn't had a chance to tell them that we wanted it. She said she'd call me back after speaking to the landlord. I never heard a thing. Didn't even have the decency to call!!

I can not recommend countrywide enough, our house was on the market for 4 days and was then sold. The girls in the office do everything in there power to help you and to make sure you are happy with what’s going on. And Gavin who came out to visit us could not have been any nicer and made such a horrible time seem so easy. Between both Gavin and the girls our experience of selling our property has been brilliant when everyone says it’s a nightmare, I can not thank the team enough for everything they have done for us.
