GoogleNot recommended. Very poor service. Make sure if you rent from them or decide to give them you property to manage they won’t do it property as I rented a property from them and they never did inspection. They sent email to inspect the property but they did not turn up. As a tenant make sure you take all photos when you enter the property also check the report as they always put everything good before you enter so when you leave they try to take your deposit by finding anything. If I could give them zero I would not recommended for landlord neither for tenant

I'm disappointed you feel you had a bad experience. In general, when a tenancy is returned in a condition where there are damages, breakages and decorative degradation in short time frame, claims will be sought at deposit to recover such. The tenant will be offered a chance to accept costs or the Deposit Protection Service will arbitor claims between all parties. Pleasingly these issues are often understood when evidence is clear, if not a chance is offered to you to go to the deposit company to challenge the claim. GoogleI rent a place with Lifestyle, the inspections are quick and easy. Alex who usually completes my inspections is good to talk to, respectful and a good laugh. They also helped me when I had a crazy situation, where I locked all of my keys, in the boot of my car with no way to get in at a funeral, so the car had to stay there the night. They sent someone to their office especially to provide me with some spares. Lifesavers.

It therefore baffles us why we would intentionally put you in a noisy house of multiple occupancy of which these scenarios can occur. Moreover we also had complaints about your noise which you ilude to mention and that we assisted all parties to resolve. We advocate all tenants try and resolve their discontent through communicating.

I don’t recommend them as landlord neither as tenant
I used them in the past it is the worst experience
Please ensure to take photos before you sign your contract as they will try to charge you all the previous damages
As landlord if you think they will complete yearly inspection forget all what they do they sent emails to complete the yearly inspection but they don’t attend so they get it all recorded via emails but no one will attend to complete
