GoogleLifestyle have been my only agent in Bradley Stoke since 1999 for sales (five houses) and lettings (many tenancies), and I cannot rate them highly enough. It is a rare thing to be able to say about an estate agent that the left hand always knows what the right hand is doing, but for me that has always been the case with Lifestyle and I wouldn't want to use anyone else. GoogleThe house moving process is stressful enough, but given that our particular move was destined to be a nightmare from start to finish, we were so grateful for having Lifestyle and in particular James and Cilla in our corner. Cilla kept us up to date with the situation and we always felt we had as least one person in the chain that knew what was going on. When the first buyers pulled out, Lifestyle went into overdrive to ensure another buyer was found and that the chain was kept in tact. All this enabled us to secure the house we desperately needed and for that we will always be grateful for the professional services of Lifestyle.

GoogleI wouldn't even give this letting agent one star... If you want good customer service, this is not the agent to use . This is basic business acumen. If you want lies (being told different stories by different members of staff), misinformation, lack of communication then Lifestyle is the one for you! As per one of the other reviews, avoid this company like the plague. When owed balance of rent, trying to get this returned was both painful and tiresome dealing with rudeness and aggression. Attempting to access the Lifestyle office is difficult as the use of an intercom is required. In my opinion, i find this uninviting. In my opinion i believe their knowledge base is limited, as in my experience, the landlord had sold the block of flats i was occupying to a third party without Lifestyle even knowing? I had not received any communication from Lifestyle after discussing this with them over the phone. I received a letter stating the landlord was selling after only two weeks of occupancy which again, Lifestyle supposedly knew nothing about...? No help given.

The relationship that started with Derek Hewlett and me being a tenant only matured over time whereby lifestyle helped me with my journey to be a landlord. It is now nearly 5 years that I have let my property to Lifestyle itself, who in-turn sublets it. The over-all experience where Lifestyle has taken over all my letting worries and where I get the rent paid to me without any delay has been quite impressive. GoogleWe have had dealings with Lifestyle since 2007, first as tenants with them for 7 years and then as house buyers through them 7 years ago. As tenants, we can testify to their thorough diligence in handling our maintenance requests as well as monitoring the property on behalf of the owners. They conducted regular inspections of the property and didn't fail to overlook anything. As buyers, they were very proactive estate agents and cleared all our questions honestly and thoroughly, and provided initial support even after we moved into the property. We can also vouch for the integrity in the way they advertise the properties they rent or sell, in the way that the pictures depict the actual condition and size of the property. They pride themselves in the properties they choose to represent. If we choose to buy again, Lifestyle would definitely be top of our list as agents we would like to work with, and we would also use their services to rent out our property. We would especially mention the absolutely great customer service we have had through the past years from Gari Alongi!! Nothing was ever too small for him to help us with! That includes finding and vetting tenants, advice on rental figures, preparation of tenancy agreements, rent collection, etc. In addition, they carry out periodic inspections, arrange gas and electrical safety checks, and deal with any repairs or other problems. They have always kept me fully informed and dealt with my queries in a timely manner. I have got to know the team well and always found them to be thoroughly professional. GoogleThe team were great throughout the whole process. Lee was helpful in terms of showing me around the property. Gari and Sarah were helpful with the paperwork and the follow ups I had during my tenancy, which was unfortunately affected due to covid 19. I will be using the business again in the future. A professional team, I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is looking to rent.
