Fantastic service, working for their customer.

From start to finish, Lifestyle Properties have been fantastic. After spending around five months on the market with our previous agent, we decided to seek fresh valuations. While many estate agents turned up with a typical sales pitch, James was completely different. He arrived well prepared, having clearly done his research, and he didn’t waste any time. Given the position we were in, he was upfront, honest and realistic about our next steps, and he offered a very competitive price to get our home sold. There was absolutely no pressure from him, just clear answers, genuine advice, and someone who was always only a phone call away.

Lifestyle have provided an excellent service from start to finish. From valuing the property through to completion cannot fault the service. We had an offer accepted on a coach house on Kemperleye Way, Bradley Stoke, in March 2025. Lifestyle were always quick to help and consistently chased the sellers, but the sellers themselves turned out to be a complete nightmare. After eight months of delays, excuses, and zero progress, we were forced to withdraw. The whole situation caused us a lot of stress and financial loss. Lifestyle did everything they could from their side, and they often advised us to look for something else after many red flags, which we eventually did. My only criticism is that these sellers should have been vetted or audited more carefully before being put forward, as they clearly had no ability or intention to complete a sale. Overall, Lifestyle tried their best, but the sellers made the entire experience unworkable including getting new solicitors halfway through, and wanting to change land registery toward exchange, let alone not using computers. Something was very off. To end on a positive note, Lifestyle have good properties and very good to get back to calls and emails. These things happen. Thats our experience. Thankyou.

This estate agents is only interested in your money! Communication is poor unless they are finacially motivated. Any work or maintanence we needed doing to the rental they were always slow to react and wouldn't do anything without persistent chasing up. Contract terms were frequently changed without much warning including fitting an topup electric meter we were never told how to use! Possesions I had kept in communal areas were also stolen by lifestyle's property management firm on 2 occasions! If you have a choice please do not use this estate agents we had nothing but trouble from them when renting!

From start to finish of dealing with this company, it has been trouble. They are very difficult to get ahold of and when you do finally get through to them, they show a lack of wanting to help you. We were told that we were not a priority and our move was pushed back due to them not getting tasks done in time even though we were in contact with them throughout the two months before the property move in date. When arriving to the property we were meant to be renting with them (on our move in date) we arrived to the property being in a disgusting state and looking like there had been squatters living in there. There were bugs everywhere and flies flying around the house, the carpet was mouldy, mouldy boxes outside the front of the house, wee stains up the walls, shower gel dripping down the shower, shower head broken, the house stunk of smoke with the ceiling having turned yellow from the amount of smoke that would have been consumed in the property. They completely failed their duty of care to allow a property to be let like this especially when we were moving with a baby. We had travelled from 3 hours away and had nowhere to live, with a move in van full of stuff. We lost hundreds of pounds due to their incompetence, that they still cannot recognise is their fault. Avoid this company.
