GoogleTanya has been an absolute diamond in orchestrating the sale and keeping the chain going. Tanyas communication and negotiation with the chain when no one was conversing through their solicitors was invaluable and over and above what she should have had to do. Tanya’s unrelenting tenacity, attention to detail and continuous investment in the sale has been outstanding and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Edison Ford…. GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Edison Ford Estate Agents in Yate, throughout my recent property purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone going through the process. From the beginning, the team were professional, approachable and extremely helpful. Buying a property is a stressful process, but they were always available to answer questions, provide updates and keep everything moving in the right direction. A special thank you to Tanya, who was outstanding throughout. She was very professional, straight to the point and clearly focused on getting things done properly with no messing about. She was proactive, knowledgeable and always willing to help resolve any issues and keep the purchase progressing. Her communication was excellent and she made sure I always knew what was happening at each stage. Honey was also helpful, both during my property viewings and anytime I called the office. She was friendly and professional. Thanks to their professionalism, support and dedication, the purchase was a far more positive and manageable experience than I had expected. GoogleI recently sold my property through Edison Ford and I highly recommend. Tanya did the initial valuation and put a lot of time and effort into providing me with some very detailed research. Tanya was very informative and helpful. Tanya also organised the very professional marketing material. Grace was my main contact throughout the viewings and sale of the property. Grace was very informative and kept me up to date about viewings and also provided me with detailed feedback after viewings had taken place. The team at Edison Ford were always friendly, helpful and professional. They made the process seamless. I would definitely use Edison Ford again.

GoogleI recently had a valuation completed by Tanya for probate. Tanya was very sensitive to my situation having lost my father, very quick and efficient to value the property, and provided lots of information about the property, including things that we may need to get in order to make the process of selling easier down the line. Tanya explained her reasoning for the value and provided a comprehensive report. On leaving Tanya gave us her number and said she would be glad to assist if we needed anything else. I would gladly use Edison Ford when selling in future.

GoogleWouldn’t go anywhere else for selling my property or getting a mortgage. Mike Ford knows his stuff and works hard to get you the best deals. His team are superb at getting the job done as well as just being a great group of people. I have dealt with Becky in most of my transactions with them and she is brilliant, always helpful, always responds to emails and always willing to go that extra mile to get any issue sorted.

GoogleWe are currently in the process of purchasing a property with Edison Ford, all we have left is to complete. Throughout the entire process they have been very reputable. Grace, the estate agent dealing with this sale/purchase, has been excellent. Thought the whole process she has kept us informed and been prompt in her response to my many emails. On both occasions that we viewed the property she was there on time and ready before we arrived. She has been honest and informative the whole easy through and has guided us every step through our first home purchase. We had plenty of viewings arranged by them & had an offer within a week of being on the market which was great. We thought that the team were all really friendly and had excellent communication, such as having regularly email updates without us chasing which we really appreciated. Tanya and Grace were great throughout & helped us in ensuring we completed on time! We would definitely recommend Edison Ford.

GoogleI’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Tanya at Edison Ford for many years now, and I can honestly say she is in a league of her own. Over the years, she has helped us successfully sell five plots at Bell Road, Coalpit Heath, as well as The Hay Barn in Berkeley - and she’s now handling The Old Dairy Barn at Hengaston Farm, another one of our developments. Tanya consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does. She is incredibly efficient, proactive, and is always one step ahead - nothing is ever too much trouble. Her professionalism, market knowledge, and attention to detail are second to none. What really sets her apart is her genuine care and dedication - she treats every property and every client as if they were her own. In all my years of dealing with estate agents, I’ve never come across anyone who even comes close to the level of service Tanya provides. GoogleEdison Ford have acted as letting agents for my house for the past five years. Certainly since Kathy Pritchard has joined the company as Lettings Manager, I feel that I have total confidence in the company as she is totally professional and sympathetic to my needs as a landlady. Kathy never fails to respond to a concern or a problem that I might have...she responds as quickly as possible and is able to reassure me. Kathy is an extremely pleasant and efficient person. I would quite happily recommend the company.

GoogleI have just bought a property in Yate through Edison Ford. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Tanya for all that she did throughout my home buying journey. As a first time buyer, I was unsure of the process and Tanya completely put me at ease. I had made a few offers previously and although initially the sellers were interested, decided not to sell. When the home I now own came onto the market I was worried that I would not get a viewing as the viewing window was very short. Aware that I was working Tanya stayed late and allowed me to view the property at the end of the day - this shows real commitment and dedicated customer care - I am so grateful to her for this as I absolutely love my new home. In addition, whenever I required any information Tanya or Grace would respond quickly either later that day or by the next working day. I was never made to feel that my questions were a problem and felt valued throughout. Tanya arranged meetings with the sellers so that I was able to view the property prior to completion and mediated on my behalf regarding fixtures and fittings. I would definitely recommend Edison Ford estate agents Yate. Thank you Tanya and the team for all that you have done .
