GoogleIf I could give a minus 5 stars then I would. Martin and Co has owed me money since February and I am still waiting. I have to constantly email and call just to be told they will follow up and nothing happens. Would not recommend using them, once you are a tenant and they get their money they don't care.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
Nicole, hopefully we have now resolved your issue. Unfortunately the person supposed to be looking after you ran into some personal issues and they have subsequently moved on. In the meantime we have brought in some additional resources to ensure our property managers receive all necessary support and issues like your own are sorted out quickly. GoogleMy experience with Martin & co so far has been great I was shown the property by Rugile who was really friendly & professional & then had all the contract and everything else dealt with by Freya who couldn’t have been more helpful & always kept in contact too keep me up too date with everything that was happening. Would absolutely recommend.

GoogleI find the staff extremely rude in this place. The answer to any questions and this happened the second time is that they never had that question before and that it is strange... any simple question about terms and conditions or a request is considered strange. So I am made out to be strange. Well sorry Martin &co staff your lack of customer services is extremely strange.
Sorry Ian, I believe your review is totally vindictive. You are unhappy because you were charged for carpet cleaning. You vented your argument at the time, but decided not to follow the correct dispute process, because the deductions were correct based on the evidence. I don't doubt you would of have disputed the matter had you had a reasonable argument and the check in and check out documentation was accurate. I'm sorry if you felt that we did not deal with you enthusiastically. Our fees are competitive and you were notified of our charges in writing.

GoogleWaited 20 minutes for the agent. When I phoned the office she had apparently been sitting in a car outside the property, but as she thought I hadn't turned up she left, without calling me. She did not offer to come back, so I did not view the property. I would not view, buy or sell property with this company.
Lois, I am sorry that you have felt compelled to leave us a low rating. I was in the office when my colleague returned from the property and overheard your telephone conversation with her. Unfortunately her phone had run out of charge so she was unable to call you from the property. She was however parked on the driveway immediately outside the flat, as it was cold and dark, at the appointed time and waited for you to arrive. When you rang the office it was a good 15minutes after your appointment time. My colleague did offer to return to the property straight away but explained that it would take her a few minutes to get there. You declined to wait. Peter Brown, Director
