After following Livin on another platform I felt confident arranging a valuation with a fairly new business that came across as fresh, modern and up to date with the current times in their approach to marketing. After speaking with Leon, I felt even more intrigued in what Livin could potentially offer. Jason arrived promptly for the valuation, spoke with passion sharing his vision about what Livin Estate agents are about and what they would do in order to sell my home. My property was placed onto the market, following that first full morning of viewings this resulted in several offers being made and an offer being accepted within that first day of marketing and Livin’s strategies being achieved. The guys were completely transparent and listened to any suggestions I had made and kept me up dated at every step. Excellent care and service Jason and Leon sold my mother's property for me (my mother having moved into a care home). Her house was 80 miles from where I live, which could have been very difficult. From the start they were so helpful in all aspects and made the process run as smoothly as possible, as well as keeping me informed at all times about viewings and any problems that arose.They also kept an eye on the property. I do hesitate in recommending them to anyone for a house sale.
