I was out with Leon viewing a property on Sunday, however, I decided the property wasn’t right for me but wanted to leave a review as he was very informative and knowledgeable about the property and the area. I hope these guys can find me a property as I liked dealing with them.

Expert bespoke service

After listing with a bigger brand estate agents for a while with no luck, I decided to go with Livin who know the area better and offer a more personalised service. The difference was significant - I had a lot more viewings, was kept posted on a regular basis, including via whatsapp, and the team have been great with advice. I would use their services again.

Livin is one of the best agents I've come across in decades. They actually listen, think, and then go about finding solutions. In doing so, they serve the interests of the seller and the buyer, to their mutual benefit. They’re real professionals, and gentlemen to boot.
