I’m always inclined to go for more local boutique services and Livin are another example of why. I found their style to be very transparent and they clearly have a lot of knowledge not just on the local area but property more generally, which I definitely leant on. After previously cutting ties with a more recognisable high street estate agent (who were very sloppy) I can only say if you want clear communication, thorough service and a team who care about what they do then these guys are a no brainier. - Written by a very happy seller.

Leon, Jason and their team are 10/10. As a first time seller, their service was exemplary. I can say this because I originally listed with another agent who very much gave me the runaround. Once I signed on, it was evident I was very low priority. Livin Estate Agents were the opposite. They took amazing pictures of my property, marketing it through bespoke images that really got people through the door. They kept me informed. They communicated directly and honestly got me through this stressful chain. I can't think of enough kind words to say about the whole team. All I can say is that if you are buying or selling (or tenanting) - you can't find a better team who knows the local area, the overall market and the whole process better than these guys.

After following Livin on another platform I felt confident arranging a valuation with a fairly new business that came across as fresh, modern and up to date with the current times in their approach to marketing. Excellent care and service Jason and Leon sold my mother's property for me (my mother having moved into a care home). Her house was 80 miles from where I live, which could have been very difficult. From the start they were so helpful in all aspects and made the process run as smoothly as possible, as well as keeping me informed at all times about viewings and any problems that arose.They also kept an eye on the property.
