Leon took the time to talk me through the difference that his agency could make & what stood out for me was their more personal & efficient approach that they would take in working with me.
I found Leon was more in tune with the market & therefore gave me more appropriate advice, his team kept in touch with me throughout the transaction but most importantly they sold my house for me!
I also appreciated at very short notice, on the morning of the survey, them stepping in to let the surveyor in because I had an emergency with a family member.
Leon & his team went over and beyond my expectations.

Also liked that they generally were not pushy to sell sell sell when I initially viewed the property which allowed me to think clearly on whether I wanted to go for it or not.
