Jason has been an absolutely nice and responsible agent throughout our entire rental period. He always replied to your massages quickly and sorted out every issue of the flat. Once the boiler wasn’t working, and Jason immediately sorted this out even though he was travelling aboard at that time (it’s really late for him at his time zone)! Whoever goes with Livin, you are in a good hand for property management :)

I have previously bought and sold properties on numerous occasions with various estate agents. Following probate being granted, I was recommended by a family member to use Livin estate agents to sell my fathers property. Matthew carried out a honest valuation and arrived prepared with comparisons of local property valuations. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He arranged viewings on the same day he was instructed to take on the property. His selling skills were full of optimism and the property went under offer within the first week. Matthew was totally committed and kept me informed throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to ensure the smoothest sale, I had experienced. He really took the stress away from me, also by liaising with the solicitors. All was done and dusted within 8 weeks. I am a very picky person and don't really like the traditional real estate agent approach. However, Leon did not give me the typical sales spiel and really listened to my concerns and what I wanted whilst helping me understand what realistic expectations I should have in the current market. I went with Livin Croydon as they seemed very honest and helpful. I had previously used a corporate estate agent and wasn’t extremely impressed with the service. They took my property on for over market value and slowly requested that I reduced the price without reducing their fee. With Livin Croydon I didn’t get this skulduggery. From the outset Jason asked me how do I like to communicate and I said email as I am always busy and on the go. He listened to my preferences and stuck to exactly that. My property on Mersham Road is now under offer and I have to thank the team at Livin Croydon for this.

Brilliant service from start to end. Jason was lovely - not your usual salesy estate agent. Felt like a genuine person who cared about doing the best they could to find the right buyer for our home. Livin knew Croydon well and were great advocates for buying here. They were also able to secure a price that reflected both the market and all the work we'd had done after four years of renovating a home that hadn't been touched since the 1950s/70s! They did great photos, a video, really detailed descriptions and were super available throughout on WhatsApp too. Everything you could ask for and more. Huge thanks to Livin for selling my flat. I truly wouldn't recommend anyone else and I can't thank them enough. Initially, I'd signed up with a well-established estate agents (B*M) last summer. They were rude, unhelpful and ghosted me as soon as I signed a contract. They said I wouldn't get what I had hoped for, and they never bothered to arrange any viewings. After a month of silence from them, I ended the contract and lost hope. A few months later, I did some research and came across Livin. Jason and Leon were professional, honest and upfront. The marketing was fresh and sleek. The photos (and video) did a great job of selling the place and highlighting the positives. The team organised an open house viewing and I received multiple offers within a week of it going up on the market. Not only that, I got more than I had hoped for. Leon and the team are fantastic. Don’t be put off by their small team compared to other bigger high street agents, it really is to your benefit. Having used other agents previously, I can say the service you get with Livin seems more focussed and attentive. Making contact with them is easy and everyone knows who you are!
