Matthew from Livin has been absolutely fantastic! From the start to finish I cannot fault his efforts to get our sale through to completion and hats off to him for sticking to his word. He done what he said he was going to do! We had been on the market for several months with another agent in Thornton Heath and Matthew knocked on our door. We eventually sat down and had a conversation with him and he set out a plan of action which was executed really well and led us to achieve a brilliant price and now completed. I would highly recommend Matthew as a great agent and the rest of the guys at Livin!

Matthew's service was absolutely phenomenal! Initially, I dismissed him as just another typical Estate Agent, but his persistence and dedication proved me wrong. Despite turning him away the first time, he returned two more times, showcasing his character and resilience. Matthew's handling of viewings was exceptional, and he even managed to secure a buyer during the first open weekend, despite us being on the market for over 3 months with another well-known agency. As first time buyers the process can seem very daunting and stressful however Jason took the time to explain each step, answer any questions and displayed great patience and empathy when we were getting stressed. The process took longer than expected through no fault of Livin Estates but due to being part of a chain, however Jason kept us updated throughout the process and pushed to get it moved along as quick as possible which we were extremely grateful for. Whilst Livin Estates obligation was with the seller, their communication was impeccable to us and made themselves available whenever needed. I would definitely recommend Livin Estate to anyone and thankful to Jason for helping us get our perfect first property.

Even though his obligations were to the seller, as buyers he kept up updated, helped us when our own solicitors went bust and facilitated above and beyond between us and the seller. Jason and the team were excellent. Some of the things I loved about them were how easy to chat to they were. Always a prompt response even if it was to note the query and set a timeline to respond fully. This was much appreciated. Livin know their market very well. They do their research, suggest a fair price and market their properties well. It is no wonder they sold my home in record time. The marketing was particularly good, brilliant pictures, a high quality video, and select targeted adverts were all used. As well as using their network of buyers. They were great to work with and whole heartedly reccomend.

Jason and Leon sold my mother's property for me (my mother having moved into a care home). Her house was 80 miles from where I live, which could have been very difficult. So happy that we decided to go with Livin Agents rather than a high street agent. Exceptional service provided by both Jason and Leon throughout our whole selling process. I am 100% certain that we would not have been able to sell our flat so quickly (two days after putting it on the market) and at asking price, without their contacts, knowledge and expertise. Both were fully hands on during the transaction and extremely great with communications and assisting with whatever queries/issues that we came across.
