The apartments are beautiful. I love the layout and safety/ security of the building. I want to feel safe in the home I live in, and this choice of home definitely provides safety. The prices are worth it for the things the environment has to offer. I enjoyed my tour very much. The information given was clear, and any questions I had were answered well and showed that the lady, who I found really lovely, called Lavanya, was competent and well trained in her job role. I highly recommend these apartments. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, Lavanya.

I had a very disappointing experience with this letting agency regarding a one-bedroom apartment at Enclave. The property was listed at £1,200 per month on Zoopla, and I was told by a representative that the total with bills would be around £1,500. I left work early and travelled over an hour for a viewing, only to be told that the actual price was nearly £1,817/month, even at a supposed “promotion” rate. Not only was this a significant jump, but I was also told that prices are non-negotiable. While the team was polite in their response, I found the listing to be misleading. I hope they take action to improve the transparency of their advertising to prevent wasting other people’s time. Would not recommend based on this experience.

The location of the building isn't the safest in the world, and a month or two ago a man was stabbed on the same road as the building. Prior to this there was the fatal stabbing of a teenager which happened only 0.4 miles away. That's not even why I've given the one star review, we all know that certain parts of London are safer than others. However, my main issue is the lack of customer service within the building. Every interaction I've had with the day-time staff has been poor at best, everything is an issue and no one wants to help with anything. The hot water, heating and WiFi regularly experience outages, and no communication is sent informing residents of this. The building itself isn’t that secure either, as I suspect someone came into my apartment when I wasn't there and damaged an item. Coincidentally the cameras weren't working that day. There are a lot of Co-Living buildings in London, do yourself a favour and avoid this one. If I wasn't stuck in a contract with them, I would have moved out. The apartments are overpriced and the company fails to deliver on even the basic service they initially promised. Update:- I have already spoken to a manager prior to writing this review, and not one thing has been improved. You might be better off if you employed members of staff who actually wanted to be there or at the very minimum acted as if they did. I'm not interested in having another meeting to be given excuse after excuse. This is the first time I've ever written a review on a co-living building, and quite honestly this is the worst one I have had the misfortune of encountering.

After what seemed like endless searches for a new place and many disappointing viewings, I booked a viewing directly with Enclave through their website. I have to say, I had the best viewing experience with Zahrah from the Lettings Team, who was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. She clarified any of my questions and concerns, made me feel welcome and right at home at Enclave. Needless to say, I am currently in the process of securing my new home with them- and in case you are wondering Enclave or Ten Degrees... It is Enclave 100% all the way!

The building has a good amenities to create a lovely friendly environment. All staff are very polite and helpful especially vasif , femi and peter who I have had the most interaction with. I really like that communication between staff and tenants through email and building app which makes reporting any issues really easy.

The flats at the Enclave:Croydon start off beautiful; and then like a blank canvas you can add your own design touches to make it your own. I enjoy the fact that the amenity floors are like an extension of your home. With places to relax, unwind, work out, meet friends and family, work, study etc. This is the hottest address in Croydon right now.

The building itself is amazing, but the customer service is awful. I applied to live here but got denied at referencing. I have been trying for 2/3 weeks to get my holding deposit back but no one answers the phone, there is no email to get hold of anyone either.
