GoogleWe found George James to be an excellent agent to deal with. Throughout the process of buying our new home, we were kept informed of progress at every stage and communication was extremely friendly and efficient. Particular thanks to Tom. Ian and Chris Baker

GoogleWhat a really pleasant and helpful team to deal with, we cannot recommend their services highly enough. If there was any one key point that I would say which puts them well above other estate agents is COMMUNICATIONS. An actual estate agent that talk to both ends of a chain. George James in our view has been excellent, so a big thank you to you all.

GoogleWe have recently sold our house in Somerton with George James. It was the easiest sale we have ever had, it all went through so smoothly. They are a great team there, George, Tom, Spencer, Niki, and Paula all had an input and worked extremely well together as a team. They are professional, competent but also very approachable and friendly. Thank you to all of you. Sue and Mick

GoogleSpencer from George James has been really supportive in the selling of my mothers bungalow. With an elderly buyer and seller and 3 different solicitors he held things together and was a brilliant communicator. I would have no hesitation in recommending George James

GoogleGeorge James Properties have been amazing through the sale of my dad's house. Nicki, in particular, worked relentlessly liaising between solicitors through the twists and turns of a drawn out legal process. Everytime I called all of the staff were helpful, friendly and followed through with actions. I cannot speak highly enough of Nicki and the rest of the team and would recommend this estate agents to anyone.

GoogleGeorge James handled my recent sell and they were amazing! Communication was prompt and took the stress out of this aspect of my move. Tom came out for the photos and valuation and polite, friendly and professional. Nicki mostly handled my case and she gave me amazing advice, from my wobble at the start she reassured me and kept me on the right path to advice on my purchase which sadly fell through due to other issues. I would definitely recommend this Somerton based estate agents and would use them again without doubt. Well done & thank you !

GoogleThis is the second occasion we have used George James Properties, the first being the purchase of our property in Kingsdon, for which we received an excellent service, therefore we had no hesitation in using their services again when we decided to move from the area. The property was marketed with superb photos and description which resulted in a very quick sale. Thank you very much to all at George James Properties for your help at all times. GoogleWe chose this agent to handle our sale in view of the excellent reviews. We were pleased we did! Our sale wasn't straightforward having a listed period property, but the team at George James updated us throughout the process and we're professional, helpful intermediaries when needed. Thank you to George, Tracy, Spencer and Russell for everything you've done, despite handling our sale at one of your busiest times ever!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
