GoogleEven though we didn’t end up buying a property with GeorgeJames, I wanted to leave a review for how great our experience was viewing houses with them. Spencer was knowledgeable and able to work with our tight deadlines, planning back to back viewings so we could maximise our time. We are sure that if the right property had come up, the buying process would have been similar! Thanks again Spencer!

GoogleWe recently moved back into Somerton and this is the third time since 2008 that we have used George James Properties. In my experience, their service, from initial valuation, including detailed advice, through to sale and / or purchase is head and shoulders above the vast majority of Estate Agents, including some of the nationally known companies with branches in Somerset. George heads up a hugely professional team, all of whom go out of their way to provide the best possible experience, in what can be a testing time for everyone! With our grateful thanks and strong recommendation to those planning to buy, or sell a property in the Somerton area.

GoogleFrom our very first encounter, the estate agents have been exceptional and professional in their approach towards us buying a house. They did not lack in personal trust and kindness. A special mention to Paula, Tom, Shane and George to going above and beyond to make the transaction on the sale of the house as smooth as possible. We highly recommend their expertise. - John and Eleanor B

GoogleAfter spending almost 2 years trying to sell our house and buy a new one we have experienced many estate agents. Without doubt George James have been the easiest to deal with and have made our purchase as smooth and as uncomplicated as possible. They may not be the biggest agency but the benefit is that they can look after the small details really well. If you are looking to buy or sell in the area we would definitely recommend them. Thanks Russell, George, Tracey and team!
Thank you Emma and Kevin for your wonderful review, it is so lovely to hear that you had a great experience with us :) We really do hope that you love your new home and don't forget to say hi when passing.

GoogleGeorge James Properties have been thoroughly professional as well as friendly and helpful throughout the process of selling our house. They have acted willingly and efficiently as go-between when necessary between us, our buyers and the solicitors. Nicki, who is employed by the company, even found us a rented property to move into when we were unable to find a house to buy - definitely beyond the terms of the contract! We would certainly recommend George James.
Thank you it's been our pleasure

George James Properties supported and guided us through every step of our purchase, which wasn’t straightforward (our end, not theirs).
