GoogleThe lettings team have been absolutely magnificent. Efficient, speedy and reliable. Everything explained clearly . At a time that could have been so stressful, including making provision for Covid rules, they worked magic, finding a tenant and co-ordinating agencies to set everything up. We are so grateful for their expertise and kindness.

Is the worst experience ever , bad communication, manipulation, on the advertising was a no chain , after signing the contract and paying servy, lower ecc, I been told chain on hold , called 100 times no answer back , not at all serious, deserve minus star , avoid if you can ,con agency

GoogleWe have recently moved into our new rented property with the help of Sarah Lawrence. She has been exceptionally helpful during the whole process, very quick to reply to emails and happy to help with any queries where possible. Allen and harris overall, when Sarah wasn't available, have also been very helpful. Highly recommend the company.

Allen & Harris Albany Road, cant valuate houses. Most lower priced houses all Standard £160,000 despite condition of property. Not good if your selling immaculate house, and same price as one that needs totally renovating in same/similar area. Insulting to selkers of nice properties
