Julie was fabulous. She worked hard to get results and pulled out all the stops. The challenge I had was she only worked Wednesday-Friday… I would totally recommend her to sell your house as she was totally on it and never gave up.

We successfully marketed and sold a flat with Xact Homes, receiving from them great support and excellent communication at every step of the process. Kicking off the process was made very easy for us even though we were navigating the loss of a family member and the probate application. The property was marketed quickly and attractively, and we received a good offer almost straight away. The real work was in the long next stage, where we waited for probate and then the usual conveyancing. Here, our contact at Xact Homes, Alicia, was invaluable, helping us with patience, thoroughness and really great communication. All in all, a great experience.

Alicia was our sales coordinator. We only have praise for all the work she did. When things get 'sticky' that's when you need your coordinator to step up to the mark and she did. Communication with all parties to keep the process moving forward essential and Alicia did that. 5* , no brainer. Thank you Alicia

We have recently completed the purchase of a property through Xact Homes and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. Everyone from the company were exemplary. My partner and I have previous experience dealing with estate and letting agents and this experience was far and above our best. We had Alicia dealing with our purchase, and she was by far the best agent I have ever dealt with when buying or selling a home. What a credit to the company she is! I must also give a mention to the staff who accompany viewings, they were absolutely fantastic too. I couldn't recommend Xact highly enough. Very satisfied buyers!

I worked with Xact for the sale of my property. Although the process took much longer than expected due to unforeseen delays on the buyer’s side, the Xact team, particularly Freya and Lauren were highly proactive in ensuring both the buyer and their solicitors kept up the momentum to close the deal.

I had an outstanding experience with Xact Solihull, particularly with Lauren, who was incredibly professional and supportive throughout the entire process. The team went above and beyond, maintaining excellent communication and showing real sensitivity to my personal circumstances, as I was going through a divorce. Lauren even helped me find suitable rental accommodation by working with other agents, which made a huge difference during a difficult time. Xact achieved the best price for my property and did so with very competitive fees. Without a doubt, they’ve been the best estate agents I’ve worked with.

I can't recommend Xact Estate Agents highly enough, especially Laura, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of selling my mum's house. If you're looking for an estate agent who is dedicated, communicative, and gets results, look no further than Xact and ask for Laura!

Stayed focused on the job in hand, to sell our home, over an extended period. Finally bringing it to a successful conclusion for the entire chain. Managing all the ups and downs for everyone. Thank you.

Excellent service, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I particularly appreciated the sound advice on selecting the right offer, based not just on the highest price but on the buyer’s genuine commitment and likelihood of completing the purchase. Highly recommended.
