Poor complaint Handling payed up front and still trying to get a refund agents do not seem to know process as their actions caused problem .Unable to talk to anyone who can sort out issues .

Very poor offer made offer excepted obviously agent working through furlough to gain his commission ten pulled the plug from underneath us utter disgusting .oh and it’s the only time they’ll contact me because of bad feedback ,these company wil eventually fade away
