GooglePositive experience of sale and purchase! Friendly, helpful members of staff offer a personalised service and are always willing to assist and follow up queries, which is a bonus, given the British conveyancing system!!

GoogleDanes worked really hard for us selling my mother’s flat. We’ve bought and sold with Danes over the years and always have been very satisfied with the company and their work.

GoogleA total waste of time - After being honest and truthful + providing all documents and a guarantor, they found suddenly remembered the first rule of right to rent ! No exception given for my position which is very much paperwork in progress. A TOTAL JOKENegativeProfessionalism

GoogleAwful experience. Wouldn't buy a mars bar from these clowns let alone a house. There are plenty of estate agents in Shirley so go elsewhere

GoogleI can not fault the professionalism of all of the staff I have dealt with throughout the whole selling process. At a stressful time we were kept in the loop at all times and at no point was the customer service compromised. Great!!! Thank you.

GoogleI cannot speak more highly of the team at Melvyn Danes. From the start of my house sale and house purchase, they were efficient, informative and always ready to help. This continued right through to the end of the process. I'd highly recommend.

GoogleEvery member of staff is polite, professional and has their finger on the pulse. They communicate very well and don't operate in a strategic manner, always putting the customer first. Can't speak highly enough.
