I had Kelvin sort out my rental property, all the way from aiding with viewings to ensuring our contract process was as quick and efficient as possible when working to our short notice timings. I could not have asked for anyone better! He was amazing at communicating with us throughout the process and went above and beyond to make this sure this was the best experience possible, big shout out to him!

GoogleIain and Myles were great from the start. Within a few hours of getting in touch they had already secured two job interviews with well known established Agency’s despite no experience in that field. I didn’t use their services in the end however am very grateful for the advice and help they gave me in that time. I Would highly recommend!

Very poor management of my property. Left humidity settle, lost keys to property while it was vacant and were unable to provide with code for the box when new management company took over, resulting in extra cost that John Sheperd has yet to reimburse after 6 months and multiple emails on the matter. Very unprofessional.

I was initially with another estate agent but due to their incompetency, I moved to John Shepherd. Jordan was excellent in communicating with us in selling my house. They managed to find 2 buyers but unfortunately they pulled out at the last minute which was no fault of John Shepherd. Nevertheless, John Shepherd continued to work hard and found a reliable buyer within a few weeks.Natasha Watkins dealt with my sale and I have to say she was brilliant in answering my queries and communicating effectively. There was no hidden cost and their fees was nominal. I would strongly recommend John Shepherd for purchase or sale of any property.ThanksKumar

She was always responsive in emails and answered questions if needed . That’s a totally completely different experience from the previous estate agent . Well done Caitlin .

Our last tenant has been absolutely horrendous. He has done nothing but try to harrass us and left us with a filthy dirty house and if it hadn't been for Leah (Martindale) I don't know what we would have done.Leah has been an absolute star and stuck her ground with him which must have been so difficult considering how he spoke and treated her.

Where to begin - from my first meeting with Jordan all the way through to completion he was so dedicated, diligent and personable. He made life so much easier at such a stressful time. My partner and I felt he was a huge part of our house moving journey, it felt he was personally invested and sincerely cared about our situation. We had a difficult move, and he was kind enough to answer our many calls with calmness and optimism. During a period of 6 months, and a big lifestyle change for myself and my family, I approached Myles due to the way he had approached me, professionally and personally on previous discussions before I actually needed him. During a busy period of house hunting and a relocation, I needed someone I could trust to find me a role suitable to my move and crucially in time for moving. I actually never used another recruiter during my job search other than doing it myself because Myles understood, which is key, exactly the role that would suit me and my skills and I had the fullest of confidence and trust that he would place me in my next role. He did exactly that! Always approachable, tenacious to search on your behalf and very personable. I cannot recommend him personally and also the Crux team enough. Myles and the team are experts within the property field and if you are not using them as a candidate or employer, ask yourself why! Thanks Myles , keep in touch.
