Viewed property through Letting Negotiator, Brendon, who explained the process and answered all queries. Very thoughtful chap, he showed us another property on the same street, going out of his way to do this. He adhered to all Covid19 related precautions, and was professional throughout viewing. Very satisfied with this branch, staff seem polite and friendly.

Appalling service from this lettings agency - our original agency transferred hands so I was expecting a step up in our service but absolutely nothing happened. They are withholding our deposit without real reason and I would prefer to just be done with this agency altogether.

I've been with John shepherd as my letting agent for 18 months now, I've had an excellent experience with them as a staff team and as individuals. My property manager is called Lauren and she is brilliant! Nothing is ever too much she's always there to help and drops us an email every now and then to see how we're getting on, I can't speak highly enough of her! 10/10 would recommend using them

I've had a property on the market with John Shepherd for 3 months. We've had no viewings arranged at all. Today I found out that their office is now a café and the office is closed. My emails and phone calls have not been answered. Beware.
