Great and reliable service

Great and reliable service. Due to circumstances I wasn't able to come for a physical viewing of the flat, but Konrad Kruk made sure to send all the necessary information I needed to make a good decision through recordings and pictures. Nicole Fingerhut helped me through the process of signing the contract and quickly provided me with all useful documentation. They were very transparent on where we were in the process and always kept me informed and updated.

Peter Pietrzak is the estate agent that helped me over the last few weeks to move into my new property. From the outset, Peter was incredibly attentive when it came to email correspondence and answering any queries I had on both email and over the phone. Prior to moving in, I requested to view the property again to take an inventory and without hesitation Peter met me there at my convenience. I have to credit the smooth transition into my property to Peter who ensured all my questions were answered. Letting made simple

Have been letting through KF for a couple of years and the agent, Phillip Dunn, has made things very easy. The flat was let within hours of going live. There were a few teething problems with the place being a new build, and he was largely successful in keeping any stress away from me. Now the flat seems to be working fine with only the usual wear and tear problems and Phillip deals with issues without fuss, keeping me up to date on problems and suggesting fixes which are costed and only require a yes/no answer. Basically, it's letting made simple

Mia was always punctual for viewings and gave us feedback either after viewings or first thing the following day. Stine Kaus found our dream home

Thanks to Stine Kaus we are now living in a newly refurbished flat in West London. When I was told Hunters would be taking over, knowing James was also transitioning over and working for Hunters, it immediately relieved any nerves with a new company taking over the management of my property. Since James has managed my property, he has always been responsive and any communication clear with what is going on or is required regarding maintenance for myself and any issues that may have arose with tenants.
