Terrible Experience with Tenancy Ending

The same company who threatned me with legal action several times because I was late a few days on my rent hasn’t returned my deposit back to me and its been almost a month since my lease ended. The landlord has confirmed to return the full deposit but they are trying their hardest to make this process difficult. On top of that, they advised me to overpay my last months rent before my tenancy ended and I had to chase them 4-5 times before they sent me back the overpaid pro rata amount. I would be very careful dealing with them.

After a telephone conversation with Beth Tighe

After a telephone conversation with reference for a rental property, the service we received was exceptional. Friendly and very helpful. A viewing was arranged within an hour as we were in the area. We met up at the property with a young lady called Beth. She was knowledgeable of the area and the landlord of the property but unfortunately it was too small and did not have a garage. She then said she would send details of another property, which we received but again it just didn’t meet up to our needs. Beth has taken all our details and is keeping me updated constantly. This is excellent and much needed with moving to a new area. It is great to know that we are being well looked after. I would like to say Thank You to her.
