After constantly being lied to, and living in a property in a constant state of disrepair, we were forced to leave. It was a truly horrible experience dealing with such cold, unprofessional, unhelpful people.

Dear Leon, thank you for your review. You have not left your review under your full name but we believe we know which tenant you are based on your review. Whilst we are disappointed that anyone would leave with a negative view of our office we would like to provide an alternative perspective to the information within your review. You were a tenant for a number of years and over the course of those years you were, on several occasions, abusive towards not only members of our team but also to contractors who attended your property. This included physically assaulting a contractor who attended your flat for a booked and confirmed appointment on one occasion. Despite this behaviour, you were not forced to leave but instead provided your notice and left in accordance with your tenancy agreement, receiving your full security deposit back. Nonetheless we wish you the best of luck with your future endeavours.

I stumbled across Emmas properties on Facebook and found a property to rent near to where i was currently living, i contacted them and received a response immediately, i then got a phone call from emma to arrange a viewing, she was so lovely over the phone i was so excited to meet her. Once i arrived at the property on my viewing date, emma was already there, with everything going on (covid) emma greeted me with a mask on and alway kept distance, she was so welcoming and so professional. As i was new to this i was worried about asking questions that could be silly but emma made me feel really at ease, she went through everything with me and told me she would be in touch, a few days later i received a lovely phone call to say i had been successful. From the first message on facebook to getting the keys the whole process was amazing and stress free. I have nothing but great things to say about Emma’s Properties and highly recommend to anyone who is looking to sell/let/rent.

GoogleMy experience with Emma’s estate agents has been somewhat turbulent. Their sarcasm and constant back and forth rudeness has resonated throughout every conversation we’ve encountered. If your looking for good customer service, you will not receive it. All they want is your money. I can’t tell you how much stress and anxiety they have caused us. After we’d paid for our end of tenancy clean which was done to professional standards, we were still charged for an additional clean, even though there were no issues! Be prepared to lose money at end of your tenancy. They are very good at constantly reminding you of terms and conditions, so make sure you memorise these, down to the last word. Good luck to future tenants!
