GooglePurchasing my house through Emma’s company has been great. Whenever I had any query’s I had she was very responsive. Also whenever I wanted to review the house it was never an issue. I would recommend anyone to purchase/sell through emma!

Hi Callum. Thank you for your feed back. My Job is to manage the property and do what is right and fair to both landlord and tenant. As per our previous conversation, when a property is vacated it’s my job to inspect and make sure it’s fit for the new tenants to move in, and in this case it wasn’t, under the T&C of deposits scheme the landlord is within his rights to make deductions of funds for repairs he’s had to pay for. Our apologies this wasn’t the outcome you wanted however, I’m just doing my job as a property manager.
