I have my property up for sale at the moment with this agency and although it hasn't yet completed I am very happy with the service I have received so far. I was impressed that Emma came out herself to do my valuation and she made me feel at ease with the whole selling process. Viewings were arranged to suit me and never does anything feel a problem. Emma's are very responsive and will get back to you the same day if you contact them regarding any queries you may have. I know my property is in good hands, it is now near completion and I'm very satisfied with the service I have received and am impressed with the price of commission that I paid and that there were no hidden fees. I will definitely recommend to all.

If I could give zero stars I would. Arranged for a viewing, the day before I get a call to say it needs to be changed. Rearranged it and all of my meetings I had already rearranged for the first viewing. Drive an hour to the property to turn up and wait for 30min - no one arrived. Another couple also turned up to view and said this wasn't the first time this company had done this. I had received several confirmations of my viewing. I called - no answer - emailed - still no response 7 days later. I left a voicemail just asking for an explanation. Still not heard back. Very unprofessional.

As tenants, Emma treats us with fairness, decency and mutual respect, which is something that is so important, but sadly not always a given in this day and age.
