Emma manages a number of our properties around the Castle Bromwich and Shard End area. She’s fantastic, and always has been. Just wish there was an Emma in Wales (where the rest of our portfolio is). From start to finish it’s just complete peace of mind, she has a wealth of knowledge, responds almost immediately if we ever need to contact her and most importantly we have absolutely zero stress or worries when at our home in France. We know with confidence that the properties and the tenants (and of course us) are just fully taken care of, hassle free! Cant recommend Emma’s properties highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I have rented my property with Emma now for nearly a year…. Emma is so kind hearted and such a pleasant landlord! She made the initial moving process so easy, it was emotional leaving my childhood home with my family but Emma was there and made me feel at home right away and carries on checking in to ensure I’m getting on just fine! THE best landlord and THE best service :)PositiveQuality, Professionalism

Emma has been great in renting out my property. Previously I was with a big agency and the communication was shockingly bad. I have not had this issue with Emma she has kept me fully informed throughout the process and offered help and advice when I have needed it. I would highly recommend Emma's properties as it has the personal touch unlike bigger agencies

From the start of our sale to the very end Emma’s was fantastic! All the viewings were done in one day and we accepted an offer just days later. We were constantly updated with the progress of our sale and everything went without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Emma’s properties for sales!
