Professional, efficient and friendly service received from the moment I contacted DM re the letting of our property. I dealt with Gabrielle, Evie and Chiara, all of whom were diligent in their approach and very communicative. Successful let was achieved quickly, meaning that we only had 10 void days from the end of our previous tenancy to the new one starting! Would definitely recommend DM.

Very professional all the way through. We have had quite a journey with our house move. We had Ann from the Solihull office helping sell our house. The market was very sketchy when we started selling and received a wide range of valuations. Ann was down to earth and told it like it was which was refreshing. When we did sell she was brilliant and communicating between ourselves and our buyer to ensure the deal went through. In addition we bought our new house through DM & Co via Rav at the Dorridge office. Again, Rav has been brilliant at helping us buy the right house and ensure the deal went through. I dealt with a lady named Rav the Experience From the very beginning was professional. Rav explained with some rationale the state of the market and advised a lower price than the previous Agency, handled negotiations professionally and kept me informed at all times.The selling experience was made much more pleasant due to the way it was handled and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending DM and Rav in particular. A nice touch at the end, a personal card and a box of chocolates!!

Buying a house is one of the biggest stresses of a lifetime, but Rav at Dm&Co made the experience such a pleasure with fast, efficient and very friendly communication. I can’t pin point one thing that made the service so much better than the last time we moved many years ago, but it was genuinely a pleasure with Rav. Ann sold my late mum’s house for us and it was a rollercoaster journey. Ann was always determined, professional and helpful, she would answer texts late in the evening and and weekends. At times, I’m sorry to say, I was a bit short with Ann because of the dilly dallying of our buyers but she pulled out all the stops for us and got the deal done, with plenty of humour too I have to say.

I listed my house with an agent and quickly regretted it! I called DM& Co who expertly took over, everything was arranged very quickly and efficiently.The viewings were well managed and resulted in an excellent offer being made and accepted.I had to leave the uk for Australia, and left my property in their very capable hands, a bit nerve wracking for me as we hadn’t exchanged, but It was expertly managed for me, communication was excellent, and I was reassured if I ever felt concerned. DM & Co is a very pleasant company to deal with. Ann Wood, in particular, made the whole process of selling our house as smooth and as seamless as possible. From the first viewing to the date of completion took 12 weeks. Once the offer was accepted, it took 8 weeks to complete the sale which I think is impressive in the current climate. Ann is a good communicator and has a warm personality. She was always available to answer any queries. Peter and Victoria were helpful too. Thank DM & Co for helping us to sell our house.
