During a difficult market Ann Wood went above and beyond to help us secure a buyer for our property. It was a bumpy road and without Ann’s support and guidance it would not have reached completion! We cannot thank Ann enough for all of her help during this process! As soon as I spoke to Ann during an initial enquiry about a valuation I new DM&Co were the agent for us. Ann has a wealth of knowledge and experience and kept me sane throughout a stressful process! She is also extremely funny and lovely and you can really tell she cares about her clients. We viewed and ultimately bought the house that we have recently moved into, that was marketed by DM & Co. From the first viewing Ann Wood was excellent. She really knows how to get the ball rolling. She kept on top of the solicitors as well as our estate agents. She kept us updated every step of the way and when we felt as if information was slow to get to us, Ann kept her cool, even when we were a little frazzled. She showed us one house and it’s the house we bought. Ann and is a real credit to this company. We called her more than our own estate agents. We know she works as part of a team, but to have someone who can follow through from start to finish is really appreciated as a customer. We moved on 1/2/2024. It was the right choice and we feel at home. Thank you.

After having several purchases fall through and dealing with multiple agencies, I would not hesitate to recommend DM & Co Homes. Their commitment and drive is second to none. Communication was 100% throughout and not at all pushy. I felt confident enough to also swap my mortgage adviser to use their in-house adviser and what a relief that I did (thank you Ian)! Many hurdles were encountered throughout the sale and purchase, Ann Wood stood by me every step of the way - thank you Ann, stressful for all involved I think but you got me there!

We needed to sell our property at a time when market conditions very much favour buyers rather than sellers. Having met with a number of Estate Agents we selected DM & Co because we felt that their appraisal of market conditions and the potential sale price of our property was the most realistic. The team worked in a timely and professional way and was responsive when we needed them to be. In particular, Ann Wood, the Sales Manager looking after our sale went above and beyond and her efforts throughout, staying in close contact and providing professional guidance as our sale progressed was especially appreciated. As it was, our sales journey wasn’t straightforward as the initial buyers had to drop out. DM & Co did however secure a second sale which did go through in just three months from going back on the market. Quite an achievement in the current market and that is very much down to Ann and her colleagues. I would certainly recommend DM & Co to prospective sellers.

We sold our house this year with DM&co and it was quite an experience. From the very beginning, Ann Wood worked her magic to win our business and to get our sale finally across the line. We had a lot riding on a successful and quick sale process and Ann did everything she could to make that happen.
