DM & Co in Dorridge were absolutely brilliant handling our purchase, especially Evie. She kept us fully up to date at all times, calling us at least once a week. She did exactly what she said she would do, very professional at all times. If we were to sell our property in the future, I would definitely appoint DM & Co.

I am so pleased,and relieved,that I instructed DM&Co to sell my mother’s house after her demise earlier this year. I was at a disadvantage being quite a distance away,but the team,particularly Ann were brilliant,and very quick. We got a number of interested buyers within a week,and a firm sale by the next week,at a very good price. Ann’s pastoral care,in difficult circumstances,was outstanding,she really went the extra mile and more!After the sale was agreed,Debbie took over to push the process along. Again,outstanding,and in somewhat fraught times. She never gives up! A cross between a terrier and a Rottweiler ( in the nicest way!) we now have exchange and completion. Phew and thanks

Very happy with the service we received from DM for both our sale and purchase. Once we had decided to sell, we knew DM were the agents for us - being closely situated to Shirley and having that detailed local knowledge. Our brief for our new home was specific to say the least, as we had to remain within 3 school boundaries. Not only did DMsell our house without a hitch they helped us to find our future home also. Ann was fantastic with the sale and purchase of our old and new homes, with Debbie diligently chasing the process to ensure it was joined up. The experience was so smooth we were sat waiting for it to go bad - it didn’t. Thank you for your help DM would definitely recommend! Preparing for our return to the UK after nearly 20 years overseas we wanted to sell our former family home before moving back.As our tenants weren’t to depart until July 1st we knew, especially with such turbulence around Brexit, that we needed someone we could trust to work for us and understand the difficulties posed by us not being present. Realistic pricing was key and here we had a frank and very informative call with Craig and we were very comfortable with the advice offered which we followed. A few days before our Tenant moved out Ann advised that she had a family who she knew would be interested and that the “chain” would be very short.Sounding promising, Ann accompanied the prospective buyers around even as our tenants were leaving and the deal was agreed there and then.Less than two months later all Contracts are signed.Perfect. Couldn’t have been better and the hassle of managing an empty property from Overseas over.Ann was “above and beyond “ keeping an eye on the property and nothing was too much trouble and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.Again having regular feedback was so important and here Debbie was so professional. Thank you very much.Having imagined all the things that were likely to happen when selling we are pinching ourselves how seamlessly everything worked.So DM & Co thanks a million, you deserve all the success that will come your way.Finally here’s hoping that the family moving in are so happy in their new home.

DM&Co helped me sell my house and buy a house within the span of just 3 months (both selling and buying). Ann Wood, Debbie and Craig at DM&Co were amazing and they dealt the whole transaction wonderfully. They gave the same professional experience while dealing with me as a seller as well as a buyer throughout the process. What is magical about their service was, they know the art of this business, customer’s sentiments and sensitivities and they ensure the business is done with care and compassion rather than just as transaction!! Craig first did an excellent free assessment of my property and gave right advise and kept a highly professional but friendly relationship and waited for right time of the market. Totally and utterly overwhelmed with the professionalism of the DM&Co team. Would I recommend and I would use them again, without question "YES".... I must admit my expectations of any Estate Agent was never going to be high. But in following reviews I must admit my error in judgement was proven wrong, expectations were more than exceeded.The whole process was driven by the DM& Co team. They took ownership of the sale, all the viewings, liaison with purchaser removing that headache in its entirety during such a stressful time.There service in terms of the literature, the generation of interest in property and eagerness to please was inspiring and I feel others could learn from their standards which is remarkably high. Fantastic company not like other agents that we have tried. The girls in Solihull branch were absolutely great. We had a daily report of the viewings and once sold a weekly update. They even phoned the solicitors and reported back where we were in respect of the other buyers in the chain. Our first move in 34 years and they made it so simple. We highly recommend using DM& Co. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Lisa, who we started the process with, is incredibly engaging & took us through everything step by step. She was always readily available for a conversation even after the progression of the sale passed on to Elaine. Elaine took control of the sale of our home and was brilliant. She was efficient, calm and again had excellent communication throughout. The team worked hard to ensure we got the best possible price for our property and they were always on hand at the end of the phone. Once a sale was agreed Lynne then took over and worked relentlessly to navigate a chain which was riddled with challenges. She was supportive, assertive, she offered experienced guidance and she kept everything moving in the right direction. We viewed 2 houses which were on the market with DM&Co.Home recently. Ann Wood was the sale negotiator and we were very impressed by her professionalism. She was very helpful, taking time to get to know our requirements. Although neither of the houses suited us Ann assured us that she would keep us in mind when houses came on the market. We have dealt with quite a few Estate Agents in our quest to find our new home and definitely rate Ann to be the most experienced, showing genuine interest, earning our trust. What impressed us was her enthusiasm for her job.

GoogleIn reaching the ultimate decision to appoint DM & Co to sell our home, we were persuaded by our initial positive encounter with the founder Dominic. However, our initial impressions and enthusiasm were more than a little dented by two particular aspects of how our transaction was handled. Firstly, the price at which we were initially advised to market our former home was approximately £90,000 over and above the price that was achieved and shortly after the initial efforts to market the property proved unsuccessful, it was suggested that we should reduce the asking price by £90,000 or thereabouts. We could not understand how the initial assessment could have so far off the final price. Secondly, having eventually agreed a price with an interested party, which the buyers then sought to renegotiate, we were not promptly advised of a key piece of information about the buyers’ funding, which we contend made a genuine difference to our stance in the negotiations. This resulted in us ultimately accepting a price £9,000 less than that originally agreed. We ultimately gained the impression that DM & Co’s actions were arguably more focussed on gaining the instruction and thereafter securing the sale and thus the commission due as opposed to enabling us to negotiate the best deal we could have achieved. This was very disappointing after the initially positive start to the relationship.

Our experience of DM&co has changed our doubtful view of estate agents, as we have nothing but praise for the way they conduct business. My wife's elderly father decided to downsize to a retirement flat, and throughout the process of selling his house, Ann and Daniel kept us in touch every step of the way, and were very considerate of my father in law's frail condition. We were lucky in that the sale went smoothly, but we got the impression that DM&co would go out of their way to make the process as smooth as possible if problems cropped up. Thanks to Dominic and especially Daniel for seeing us through this journey. All viewings were well managed and followed up on and news - whether good or bad - fed back to us in real time. The completion process was tricky to say the least with problems at the bottom of the chain - Daniel kept us informed at all times and did his best to keep the momentum going... and now we are moved and settled for Christmas. Nothing ever feels too much to ask them and they are always willing to help. The team communicate well and get back to you very promptly. Dan has been exceptional and is a real credit to DM&Co. DM&Co Homes were the estate agents representing the vendors when we bought our home 4 years ago. Throughout the process I liaised directly with Dominic Murphy and was highly impressed by his flexible and professional approach. He reguarly made himself available outside of normal working hours on the 'phone and in person and was both straightforward and responsive when it came to handling final negotiations.Since then, DM&Co Homes have shown themselves to be an estate agents with a true community spirit. Dominic and I have kept in contact over the years and now collaborate frequently through a local community charitable organisation where DM&Co have kindly sponsored a number of our fund-raising events. I have no hesitation recommending Dominic and his team to anyone.
