GoogleGreat experience renting a home from DM&Co (Shirley). The process was quick and easy and we moved into our new home within a week or so. Everyone we spoke to was really helpful and replied almost instantly to any queries we had. Evie showed us around the property and was really helpful, and then equally when Chiara took over to deal with the paperwork etc she too was very helpful. Would definitely recommend DM&Co, the process was seamless.

I shopped around estate agencies and had various ones come and look at my house etc, what made me want to go with dm and co? The biggest selling point was how much Olivia seemed to care about me and my house. I just knew that Olivia and her team would make the sale personal which is what I wanted. The fact that dm & co aren't a franchise or a huge corporate entity, makes their customer approach that bit different and much more superior to other estate agencies.Both Gareth and Dan were also wonderful throughout the whole process, keeping in contact with me on a regular basis.I highly recommend dm&co!!

To start with, Ann was fabulous and was the sole reason we went with DM & Co to sell our property. This was fully justified in how she negotiated the deal with the upmost integrity and proficiency where both parties felt they got the best. This is rare in this day and age. Once offers had been accepted everything moved swiftly on with Daniel who was professional and efficient right through until completion. Excellent customer service and maximum satisfaction.

This was the fourth time I have used DM and Co to sell / purchase my main residential home. Kathy Griffiths has led the process and the team on each occasion.As we are all aware buying and selling your main home presents many challenges; some you are expecting and then some that come from nowhere and present extra unforeseen and unwelcome challenges.I instruct DM and Co because they have the reputation, credibility and resources to find my buyer and indeed find me a new home - what more do you want?Well once you have found the buyer - you actually require a lot more than you think you do. The process continues to be precarious at best, in England, and this is where the resources and culture of the company you are using and the skills set of your agent becomes massively important.To that end, I am hugely grateful to Dom and the whole team at DM and Co. This last sale hit a particular technical issue that nobody saw coming and could have compromised the sale.Kathy led the initiative to keep the sale on track to a successful completion. On meeting Kathy and getting to know her, it is easy to see why so many people are choosing to use her and why people want to do business with her.Her charming and relaxed, positive disposition, makes the whole experience much more enjoyable and takes away some of the stress typically associated with selling your home - especially if things get a little tricky, which they often do.Couple this with her complete professionalism, knowledge of the market, work ethic, tenacity and integrity, why wouldn't you want to have Kathy in your corner.Finally, Kathy has the gravitas, experience and skill to navigate her way around all appropriate stake holders, to ensure everyone is kept happy and on track. Kathy truly does have the customers best interest at heart, with the focus on completion. Can’t thank Dan and the team enough for all their help. We sold our home through purple bricks and bought through DM & Co. We really weren't sure about the process and steps that were involved in buying a home, and DM & Co we’re so helpful through every step of the way. They explained anything we were unsure of, nothing was too much for them. I feel without the team, especially Dan, we would have been a lot more stressed! If we were to move again (hopefully not just yet) we would definitely list with DM & Co, their service is outstanding, and they made the whole process a lot easier. Couldnt recommend them highly enough.

From the outset Dan and the team at DM & Co were excellent. Buying a new home is a stressful time and Dan was very professional and was very helpful and always very calm . He made the process a lot less stressful than we have experienced with previous sales with different agents. He would always reply to my enquiries really promptly . Where do I start, from the beginning with the visit from Olivia, to the quick enquiries with Gavin, right through the process all the way to the end with Dan, I have been amazed at how brilliant they have been. If you are looking for a friendly, efficient estate agent, DM and Co should be your choice. I can't thank Dan enough for all his work, from the viewings and the amazing job he did with selling our property right at the top of our budget to keeping us updated on a regular basis with anything that was going on. Anytime i asked for an update he was on the ball and knew everything that was going on.I could go on forever with how good of an estate agent DM and Co and in particular Dan was, just make sure if you are looking for that 'perfect' estate agent, they should be your choice every time.Thanks again everyone involved.

An excellent estate agents! They give honest valuations without all the fluff and bravado you usually get - after seeing 5 other estate agents they were a breath of fresh air! Olivia is professional, efficient, helpful, empathetic - a credit to Dm&Co Sold my house without any issues or stress - I used a different estate agents and had two failed sales and a very poor experience. Dm&Co were the complete opposite first buyers to offer through to completion and they got me an offer over the asking price! I would highly recommend them you won't be disappointed

If you are looking to buy and sell a property these are definitely the right estate agents to go with couldn’t recommend them enough , especially Kathy Griffiths and Lynn Jones they were both amazing.

My property was put on the market in April and I was able to vacate on 9 September. I felt the property was overvalued when it first went on the market but an adjustment to the asking price resulted in a lot of viewings. I was advised of all viewings and was kept up to date with proceedings. Communication was good and there was always someone to answer my queries/concerns. Although it is generally a stressful time, the way the D M & Co staff handled the project made it less so. Their customer service was excellent and I would recommend D M & Co to any potential seller.

We chose DM&Co to sell our house after a recommendation from a friend. We're really pleased we went with them and were impressed with their approach right from the start until completion, we couldn't fault them throughout the process. We mainly dealt with Dan but also with Olivia on occasions and we were equally impressed with both of them. They both managed to strike the perfect balance - friendly but professional, positive yet realistic, and their knowledge of the local area was clear to see. It was refreshing to deal with proactive and enthusiastic staff, who always made us feel like a valued customer. We were given regular updates and never had to chase them for anything. We have since gone on to recommend them to another friend who is looking to sell. I'm not sure many other estate agents could meet the high standards they've set. Thanks to all of you - if we ever sell again we'll be in touch!

I've moved home about 12 times and always been disappointed with the estate agents . NOT WITH DM! They're really nice, very professional and have great strategies to help sell your house quickly, at the best price. Mine was on the market for about 2 weeks and I had 3 simultaneous competing offers. Post sale, they went the extra mile to help smooth the path to completion. I have had numerous dealings with DM & Co. My in-laws were trying to sell their property with another agent but were having no luck at all. I recommended they spoke to Dom and DM & Co, which they did. DM & Co took over the the sale of the property and sold it straight away, no hassle... I also toyed with the idea of selling my property so asked Dom to assist. They carried out a valuation for me and were extremely efficient with the process.In the end I decided not to sell, but would highly recommend DM&Co to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.In my opinion they are by far the best estate agent in Shirley/Solihull...Keep up the good work guys

Elaine and Kathy have been one of the most polite and caring estate agents we have dealt with in all the years we have bought properties and it’s been an absolute delight doing this house hunt through this company . I honestly hope that as a company that you are proud that you make customers feel that you deeply care to satisfy their needs and will go above and beyond to make that happen.

GoogleI was very impressed with Elaine Birkley and the sales team at DM & Co. Solihull. They are extremely professional and are currently helping us to find our dream house in Knowle. In covid times where there is a mad rush to buy houses and the prices going through the roof, you need an expert who understand your requirements, having good knowledge of the local property market and is patient enough to keep supporting you through your house hunting journey. Absolutely awful company, all they did was show up and open the door.Didn't push the property, potential buyers were having to ask for information about the house and area. After several accepted offers were withdrawn in under 24 hours, we decided to cancel our instruction to with them.They were very rude and dismissive of our reasons to leave them. We had to ask for the return of our keys, which later one of the keys was just thrown onto the porch floor, compromising the security of the property, another 36 hours before the other key was returned. Disgusting.
