We have had quite a journey.

We have had quite a journey with our house move. We had Ann from the Solihull office helping sell our house. The market was very sketchy when we started selling and received a wide range of valuations. Ann was down to earth and told it like it was which was refreshing. When we did sell she was brilliant and communicating between ourselves and our buyer to ensure the deal went through. In addition we bought our new house through DM & Co via Rav at the Dorridge office. Again, Rav has been brilliant at helping us buy the right house and ensure the deal went through. Quite frankly, the service provided by DM & Co has been above and beyond anything we expected and we so grateful to Ann and Rav. We really can't recommend them highly enough.Keith & Sarah Trinder

Fabulous Estate Agents and professional staff

I spent time researching estate agents, in the Solihull area, prior to marketing our property and decided on DM&Co. Great experience

I dealt with a lady named Rav the Experience From the very beginning was professional. Rav explained with some rationale the state of the market and advised a lower price than the previous Agency, handled negotiations professionally and kept me informed at all times.The selling experience was made much more pleasant due to the way it was handled and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending DM and Rav in particular. A nice touch at the end, a personal card and a box of chocolates!!

Such a pleasure

Buying a house is one of the biggest stresses of a lifetime, but Rav at Dm&Co made the experience such a pleasure with fast, efficient and very friendly communication. Ann sold my late mum’s house for us and it was a rollercoaster journey. Ann was always determined, professional and helpful, she would answer texts late in the evening and and weekends. At times, I’m sorry to say, I was a bit short with Ann because of the dilly dallying of our buyers but she pulled out all the stops for us and got the deal done, with plenty of humour too I have to say.

I listed my house with an agent and quickly regretted it! I called DM& Co who expertly took over, everything was arranged very quickly and efficiently.The viewings were well managed and resulted in an excellent offer being made and accepted.I had to leave the uk for Australia, and left my property in their very capable hands, a bit nerve wracking for me as we hadn’t exchanged, but It was expertly managed for me, communication was excellent, and I was reassured if I ever felt concerned. DM & Co is a very pleasant company to deal with. Ann Wood, in particular, made the whole process of selling our house as smooth and as seamless as possible. From the first viewing to the date of completion took 12 weeks. Once the offer was accepted, it took 8 weeks to complete the sale which I think is impressive in the current climate. As most people know buying and selling a house is a stressful process. Having recently moved a couple of times we were looking to find our forever home. One of our initial viewings during our search was of a house being marketed by DM&Co. We were shown the property by Kathy Griffiths who Heads up the Premium Property team covering Solihull & Dorridge area. Kathy is a consummate professional who clearly knows her market and understands her clients. Kathy identified numerous properties that fitted our brief and was very supportive and responsive to our needs. She remained patient with us throughout the process and her knowledge and experience assisted us in finding and negotiating the purchase of our new home. Kathy was supported by an excellent team throughout our purchase. We did not use DM&Co. for the sale of our own house because their valuation was significantly below other valuations we received and the actual price the property sold for. They did acknowledge that in hindsight they got it wrong but for this reason I have given them 4 star.
