I would just like to say how satisifed we have been with the service provided from Dixons in Solihull in particular Ms Karen Jones, so much so I decided to write this review which is something I rarely do..... not only is Karen professional to the highest standard but she is also extremely patient, very helpful, polite and understanding to our situation as we are relocating from London. I would certainly refer Dixons estate agents to all and return to them in the future for any further property requirments. Kind Regards A Very Satisfied Customer!

Never ever rent from dixons! The worst company ever. Just stay away if you don't want the stress of not getting your deposit back. Or the landlord doing NO repairs in the property. The staff are a joke and so are the landlords.

I had a viewing but .....

I was asked to provide proof of fund before even being able to view a property to buy. When I said I am not happy to do this before viewing the property as I am not sure if I want to place an offer on it yet, my viewing was cancelled. This is such a violation of privacy and lack of professionalism....

Not a trusted letting agency

Please beware this agent does not always manage properties on behalf of the landlord. Dixons (Halesowen) collected fees from us for not reason or service provided to us and then left us on our own to deal with a rogue landlord who often ignored his part of maintaining the house in good time. It had been a nightmare tenancy through Dixons Letting Agents Halesowen.

Absolutely unprofessional

Absolutely unprofessional, can barely get a hold of them over the phone, don't respond to email enquiries. After finally managing to get through to them and book a viewing they rescheduled twice then told me the night before the viewing was cancelled because someone had made an offer. I was one of the first to book a viewing of the property so what could of happened in between?

Terrible Service AVOID

Terrible Service. As a landlord I paid for full management but all they did was rent collect & they didn’t do that well, leaving me in arrears. High staff turnover. Poor service level. Contractors they use botch repairs. They price the rent low to get tenants & their fee. I’d question whether the even meet the tenants. AVOID.
