GoogleBartley’s Estate agent sold our house in Solihull 5 years ago and we were so impressed we went directly to them when we had another house to sell in Marston Green. On both occasions Mark had a realistic and full knowledge of the housing market and his aim is to achieve the best price for your house. On both occasions Mark was instrumental in negotiating and agreeing a sale between both parties. The recent sale was still ongoing from their home despite the lockdown. They always present you with full information on any offer to allow you to choose your buyer. Charlotte will then follow through liaising with Solicitors and buyers until completion ensuring no unnecessary delays or breakdown in communication occurs. They are truly the most professional, genuine, honest and lovely people to work with especially during a very stressful selling period. GoogleI had a lovely experience dealing with Bartley estates. They came across as being very professional and were extremely helpful through out the whole purchase process. At every step of the purchase all queries were promptly dealt with, and at times when we shared the same frustration when it came to dealing with the solicitors we worked together to resolve third party issues. GoogleI do advise anyone not come here. My mother in law was due to move into a rented property soon and because we had a little disagreement on the phone he's lied out the back of his teeth and told us that she doesn't earn enough . Liar liar. My mother in law's disabled and very upset because of it. I feel sorry for his staff to be honest . They must be petrified of him.

Charlotte, who looks after all the after sales admin, worked tirelessly to keep us informed throughout the process from sale to completion. He gave us space when looking around the house and gave us the paper work needed to make an offer on the property, he was very honest and shared his knowledge of the area and put no pressure on us at all to place an offer on the property. He kept us in the loop and gave us sufficient feedback at all times. I would definitely recommend this estate agent to people and would use them ourselves in the future, if we needed an estate agent.
