GoogleI have dealt with Bartleys since 2009 and cannot recommend them highly enough. Both Mark and Charlotte have been totally reliable and professional with finding suitable tenants for my property, and latterly have been incredibly pro active with the sale of my property. I have been kept informed through every transaction which makes a typically stressful time far more bearable. Definitely recommend

GoogleReally poor service received from Bartleys. My partner arranged for us to view a flat on a weeknight evening, he was told by one of the team members if you don't hear from me then it's going ahead. When we arrived to view the property there appeared to be no one waiting for us, other potential buyers then turned up and 20 minutes later we gave up waiting. After speaking with someone at Bartleys it transpires that the vendors were due to show us round, this wasn't communicated to us and clearly wasn't communicated to the other potential buyers. Had we been told the flat number we would have perhaps rung the bell. We were quite keen on this property so despite the mix up, we attempted to arrange another viewing. My partner was told by Bartleys they would see if the vendors were free to show us round again and said they would call him to let him know. They didn't, so he rang them again today and they tell us that an offer has been put on the flat so it is no longer available. He also asked if they had any similar properties and was told to just look on rightmove. Where's the customer service or even just simple communication? We are first time buyers and every other estate agent we've come across seem to have actually been actively trying to sell the properties on their books, I hope that when we do find a property it isn't under Bartleys!

They took on the sale of the property on 4th October, after a frustrating 6 months with another completely useless agent and within 7 weeks we have exchange of contracts, at the original asking price! Absolutely brilliant. Can't thank them enough for a perfect Christmas present.

GoogleI have used Bartleys since I started renting my house in Birmingham in August 2019. They are always efficient, carry out inspections promptly and on time. They let me know if anything requires attention and deal with the tenants in a timely and efficient manner. Everything considered I am quite happy with Bartleys’ management of the letting of my property.
