The sale of my mum’s bungalow has just completed after a long and at times difficult process. This was a deceased estate and consequently fraught with emotion throughout the ups and downs. Karen at Morfitt Smith was highly professional alongside being friendly and supportive. Indeed she kept the sale on track when things became rocky. John and his team are professional, friendly, dedicated and honest and I would recommend them to anyone considering selling their home. Tom is amazing! - Myself and my partner decided after alot of thought to move in together and have our first home! After weeks of looking we came across the property (which we now call home) on MorfittSmith property site and decided to book a viewing and see what would happen - we'd had alot of smoke blown our way by other property agencies and alot of empty promises too so we wasn't very hopeful. However, the loveliest gentleman Tom contacted me the next day and asked if we would like to view the property to which we agreed! So on and so forth Tom was ever so helpful, very professional and responsed to my every email throughout our journey and we even got the property thanks to all of his hard work keeping contact between us and the landlord! We've been in our home 4 months now and I cannot recommend MorfittSmith enough! We will definitely be contacting Tom and the agency again when we decide to move in the future! On the plus side also, I got a bear to commemorate my very first place I could call home which was a very kind gesture!

We have recently sold our house through Morfitt Smith and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service that we received. At the very start, John came to our property to do the valuation and gave us tips for buying and selling. We had two other estate agents come to the property and John made us feel the most confident about using his company. Once our property was Sold STC it was Karen who has been assisting us and she couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and supportive. Our buying journey, through a different estate agent, hasn't been the smoothest and Karen has been supportive throughout. She has always been responsive to emails, phone calls and when we have needed extra support been able to speak in person in the branch. I couldn't recommend Morfitt Smith enough.
